Wonderful experience from start to finish. I called on a Friday in a panic because my dog had jumped on and broken the old storm door (not installed by Mt. Pleasant Windows). Their sales manager, Greg, came out on a Saturday to figure out how we needed to proceed and then their Project Manager, Britton, came out on a Monday to get the old door functional until the new doors came in. There was excellent communication while waiting for the doors to be made and then the install team, Joe, Matt, and Charlie, was quick, friendly, polite and cleanly. I couldn’t have asked for anything more!

We had 3 doors replaced by Mt Pleasant. The experience couldn't have gone any better. The crew was totally professional. They worked hard and made sure every detail was finished beautifully and cleaned up everything when finished. The quality of the doors is A1 and 1000 times better than big box store products. The sales person also was very pleasant and wasn't pushy or try to upsale us. I will use Mt Pleasant again if the need arises. Thank you Mt. Pleasant door and window co.

Treat subcontractors like disposable garbage. Customers gave us drinks and bought us food. Even on the last day wanted to make us food. And was trying to get us to bring my brothers kids over to play with her kid. Said the kids parents are drug addicts and she took care of her. Told us this kids whole life story. I tried to do my work and they called and flipped everything on us and tried to refuse pay.
Had to fight to get 1000 out of them.
No respect. And doesnt side with their employees when it comes to crazy customers.

Worst time I've had and most time wasted for the Worst company in window/door history.

We recently had windows replaced in our cottage in Rector PA. Dillon and his crew arrived at 8:45 a.m. and went to work immediately! They were finished by noon. All of them, four young men, all new their jobs and did them very well, working together when needed. They took the time to clean up, show us how to work the windows and ask if we had any questions. Henry the manager stop by and I told him what a great team these four are. And of course Michelle was always keeping me abreast of what was going on with the project. Can't say enough about the team, they were really a bunch of nice young men. And to boot they even cleaned the windows before they left.
Very pleased with the windows as well as the team that installed them!

Firstly, our salesman was great. Very polite and acted as he knew us forever. We had a great offer and accepted. It only took 3 months for our windows to be made and installed. The 4 days of installation was well worth the outcome. Henry, Joe, Matt, Derek, and Charlie worked diligently to get the project completed. They took out 6 sets of windows to make one big slider window in each space, and installed 4 regular windows. They made sure everything was perfect before leaving. They also put rags a plastic on the floors where they were working. The outside trim (we did black) is beautiful! Better than I ever expected. Our house looks like a different house now with these amazing windows!

So we decided might as well finish the job and get our basement windows done too. We ordered 3 sliders and they were ready in a couple months. Joe, Derek, and Henry put them in in one day! They look amazing inside and out. Thank you Mt. Pleasant Window company!!

This was a great customer experience for our new front and back doors. Our sales manager Greg was very thorough with the explanations. Michelle kept us informed of the status of our project throughout. The installers Joe, Charlie, Derek, and Matt did a great job. Joe even found a defect on one of the screen doors and immediately called it in. April was quick to order a replacement and scheduled the installation. And Henry stopped by to check in with the crew and offered any support that we may need in the future. It’s true that it “takes a village” to accomplish a task. I highly recommend Mt. Mount pleasent windows and remodeling company were awesome! Our salesman associate, Brandon was very kind and knowledgeable and checked in on us throughout the whole process. Tom and Dave completed the entire remodel in only 8 days. They were very efficient and made sure everything went smoothly. The whole process was very customizable and personal. I do recommend them for any bath remodel.

Have used Mt Pleasant window co. for YEARS!! Had them here today to replace a wood frame window that was rotted......NOT one they had previously placed.........and to have glass block window placed in basement. Installers, Matt and Charlie, did an EXCELLENT JOB!! Arrived on time, friendly, courteous and did not stop working til the job was done. Cleaned up the areas good as new. Matt and Charlie also worked very well together!! Would not hesitate to call this company again in the future.

Joe and Derek arrived timely, were experts in their craft, uninstalled the existing door/storm door and sidelights, installed the new door/storm door and sidelights, explained all the new features we received with our new products, and thoroughly explained the warranty details. Mount Pleasant Window and Remodeling completed the roofing work in a timely fashion and also put a roof on my garden shed. From setting an appointment at the Washington County home show, to the design consultant, Pat Casselman, showing up when he was supposed to, and being respectful and direct, to the install crew, Vito, Nick and John who also showed up when scheduled. The install for 9 windows in 7 openings, including tear-out was less than 5 hours, Totally professional and super clean work. Even got a nice follow up call from Michelle.

For whatever reason this company loves calling me at 6:40 am. If they actually took the time to screen who's inquiring they'd realize fraudulent emails have used my number. After explaining that they still call. I suspect they'd allow their systems to be compromised and their customers private information to be stolen. Be cautious consumers

We recently were in need of a new bathtub and sun room windows. The bath tub became a larger project being that you cannot just replace a bathtub, you have replace tile too. We had a few consultations but nothing felt right. We wished one company could do both. Then we found Mt. Pleasant Window and Remodeling on Google. Then we ran into Bill at Westmoreland Mall. Matthew and Gregory came to our house for a consultation, they were great! We signed on to work with them. Michelle and Joe kept us very up-to-date on timelines and measurement appointments. Our windows came in first, Riley, Dillon, and one other guys name who I cannot recall were wonderful. They called before arrival with an ETA, did great work, and cleaned everything up. A few days later, our bathroom was ready; Brendan and Dave did amazing. They were very thorough and professional. Every person that entered our house was absolutely great with our kid and dog (very much appreciated!!!). And the finish product - we are obsessed and love our new sun room windows and bathroom tub and tile. Thank you!

Pat was great. He was able to replace our leakiest windows for half the cost we were expecting. Pat checked all the other windows, which we thought were newer. But almost none of them still insulate. We'll have him replace them later this year.

Unexpectedly needed a replacement kitchen window and Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling was quick to respond. I feel the price was fair and the quality of the product and service was excellent. Eric was very considerate, left a clean work area and did a fantastic job, thank you!

We love our new screen doors on the front of our house. Pat Casselman did a great job explaining about the doors and making sure we picked out exactly what we wanted. He listened to what was important to us. Today our doors were installed and they are beautiful! Joe and Matt did a fantastic job installing the doors. They each worked on a door and the job took less than 5 hours. They left the site clean and put everything back in place.

We made an appointment with Mt Pleasant Window & Remodeling to bid on replacing some windows because they had done work on our home several years ago. Pat showed up promptly at the appointed time and was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was friendly, engaging and not the least but pushy (as has been the case with several other reps who I've dealt with, and immediately causes me to not want to do business with them). He was also incredibly patient and kind with my 3 kids who were continuously disrupting our discussions, lol. Pat is an absolute asset to this company and is exactly the type of guy people want coming to their home when you are meeting with providers.

I've had a great experience with this team so far! From the salesperson, Dominic, who listened to my wishes for my home and worked with me to create a plan, to the foremen who came to meet with me, take measurements and make sure I felt satisfied with the plan, to Eric and Matt who installed my new front door, I am so happy with the quality of service, teamwork and end product. I also had siding and gutters replaced, and was super impressed with the roofing and siding manager, Tom and Amanda the Admin---and the team of laborers! Eric and Dave showed up on time! Very clean and respectful. Explained everything in detail to us. There was a problem with the screen (nothing on their part) but Darrell came out and fixed the screen for us and was very respectful as well. Had entry and patio door replaced. Great people! Shawn came to the house and didn’t give me a high pressure, lengthy sales pitch…he set the tone for my experience. The installers….Joe, Dave and Arrian were skilled, efficient and friendly. Communication throughout the process was excellent. Highly recommend!

The product is great, the installers were great it’s the salesman that measured the size wrong and ordered windows too small. Well in Jan/Feb and your windows are out you don’t have much choice but to let them rig them to fit. I have now 4 inch molding. The company never did anything to make up for the mistake. I don’t trust them and stopped a few people for getting all house windows from them.

Mt. Pleasant Windows and Remodeling did an excellent job installing our new windows! The installation team was professional and polite. They cleaned up everything at the end of the job. We noticed an instant difference. The AC wasn't turning on as often and we couldn't hear anything outside. Definitely pleased with everything!

We recently hired Mt Pleasant Windows and Remodeling for window installation. Initially, everything seemed fine, and the job was completed. However, after the job was done, we started receiving pestering communications from the company and finance company regarding additional financial matters that should have been secured prior to the job.

I had a representative come to my home to demonstrate bath, 2 entry doors, and 2 storm doors. I wish I could remember his name. After going over the prices of the doors he was trying to sell me I told him right away I was going to pass and sorry for wasting his time. I have 3 big dogs and refuse to pay over $6000 for 1 door just for them to damage it. So, he started to work at getting me a better deal on a payment plan for the doors. The 5 yr payment plan sounded really good. And he almost had me until at the end he asked me to use my restroom. He came out and was packing up and shook our hands to leave. My OCD kicked in and I check the bathroom he just used, and I confirmed he DIDN'T wash his hands. The sink was dry. It totally turned my stomach and changed my mind at that moment that I will NOT use this company. Plus, he was kind of creepy.

We were in need of a new bathtub,after calling a few other places that wouldn't service our area. We called Mt Pleasant Window & Remodeling,from the very first phone call they were nothing but friendly and professional. The secretary could tell I was stressed out about it and was super nice. Brandon came out to our home and explained everything to us in great detail. The installers,Tom,Dave,Adam were very professional. Joe, Charlie, Arrian, Matt, and Eric W. were on time and able to get the project in good time with no issues to speak of. They did great work and I would highly recommend them to anybody who needs to have work done on their homes, especially their windows.
