Had some issues with our unit, they sent out a service tech, he fixed what he could and had to order a part. It was under warranty, they came a few days later and put part in. It would be 5 star, but they left a mess of insulation everywhere. I was very happy with everything else they did. Great service tech as well, young guy but very respectful and communicative about what he was doing or needed to do.

This past weekend on Saturday my AC unit stopped working when it was 90+ degrees out. I called multiple "24 hour" HVAC places hoping to get someone out to fix it, finally reaching out to Comfort around 3 or 4 PM. It reached 84 overnight inside my house- miserable but not unbearable. First thing Sunday morning, Colin from Comfort calls me, sets up a quick appointment for 10 (he had already been on the road fixing others problems), and fixed the problem. I had a blown capacitor which he figured was the case just by hearing a description of things over the phone. He was at the house for less than 30 minutes before I had cold air once more. It's now Monday morning and I STILL haven't heard any response from any of the other places I called. Thank the Lord for both Comfort Air and Colin both. Service was excellent, communication was excellent, Colin was polite and concise, and while no one likes to pay for repairs the price was a perfect surprise considering some other places might upcharge more for coming out on a sunday. 5 stars all around.

My unit needed a repair. Despite my unit being split and the half needing repair was in the attic which isn't easily accessible, they quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it. I've used them in the past and wouldn't hesitate to call them again if need be.

We have been using Comfort Air for 8 years! Rob, the owner, is the best around! His worker,Colin, is kind, knowledgeable, and gets you all fixed up! You dont get better service anywhere like you do here! They make each one of their customers a priority!

I have a house and it was built in 2021, literally 2 years old and Comfort air did the initial installation. Since just 2 years ago these units have been broken over 3 times. Finally they send a technician who took out a parts from my unit and its been over 2 months they have refused to come get it fix, I have contacted them and they are not responsive. I am going to contact the BBB. Be very careful with doing business with them.

I wish I could give Comfort Air 10 stars. I called on a Sunday, they responded right back and was at my house immediately. Honestly who does that anymore. I have a system that is very technical, they immediately identified the problem and it is on its way to being fixed. The tech that came out was extremely professional and personable. Thank you guys. You have a customer for life.

Robert with comfort air called me within an hour of receiving a referral from my friend. He sent a very professional technician to my house within an hour. The technician gathered the necessary information and sent it to Robert. I received an excellent quote from Robert before the technician left. I placed the order and 2 days later a very professional crew arrived and removed the old unit and had my new system installed in less than 2 hours. If i could give them more than five stars I would.

First off, they answer the phone. I was able to talk to someone immediately and get on thier schedule in the same week. They called me before they came and showed up on time. Courteous and knowledgeable service tech. Serviced the unit quickly and even found the intermittent issue with my AC. Very pleased.

Robert has kept my very old system on life support for years when she finally played out the day before I was going on vacation in late June. Nobody wants to shell out what a new unit costs, but I knew Robert would give me an honest assessment and give me exceptional value for my investment. 110% would recommend and we will definitely use again if needed for anything else! Robert and his guys are absolutely amazing! We have lived in this house for almost 6 years and summers get brutal.. 4800 sq ft house with 2 very old units and also duct issues that we didn’t know about until now (even they were shocked at what all was wrong..). It would easily be 80 degrees with the thermostat set at 70 and the units would just constantly run. They installed one unit Friday and we could already tell a HUGE difference over the weekend. They installed the second today along with some extra vents and this house feels amazing. Very very happy customers!!

Robert was very professional and delivered our HVAC UNIT and repaired a couple bad ducts. The system is great now!

Robert cane out on a weekend when our heat wasn’t working. Solved the problem within minutes and had the family warmed up in no time. Super friendly and great customer service. Highly recommend.

When I contacted Robert, he came to my new house (still in building process at the time). He suggested going with the split units for my small home. He could have sold me a more expensive/bigger unit that I didn't really need but he was honest and up front to help save me money! After running his wire and passing inspection, it was a one day install! Very professional and cleaned up after job was finished!! Passed final inspection! They filed all the paperwork for my warranty and have been nothing but great!!! Five stars and highly recommend them for any need!!

Early summer, we were hot after 2 ish pm. After 2 servicr calls on our elderly unit, the owner dropped by with a temp scanner thing. Going room to room, he showed us the heat coming from attic. (New metal roof and losing 3 trees to a storm was too much for our unit)
He also told us about MLEC insulation and hvac loan program. No pressure, just solid advice, patience, education and excellent service. We waited less than a week for new dual fuel unit installation even though they were very slammed with service calls.

Called Comfort Air in Erin, TN to help decipher what was wrong with air conditioner. Only to be charged $75 for their serviceman not to figure out it was 2lb low on refrigerant and dirty coils. After two months, we were never sent a bill and received a call to pay $75. In an attempt (we returned their call same day) to explain to Co-owner (wife) that we were displeased with service call bc they didn’t know what was wrong, I was met with rudeness and complete denial of any error on their part. After several minutes of rudeness and interruption, she decided to have her husband call. Husband called and after explaining Im not looking to get out of paying the entire bill- only to hear my concern and $15 off, he dismissed my concern and stated he “DIDNT NEED MY BUSINESS” and he already had more work than he needed. He agreed deducting $15 off the bill would not Make a difference to him. This kind of rudeness has no place in the small business world. Kindness and listening goes along way- no desire to ever refer friends or family to this type of service in the future.

Our AC went out on a Sunday morning we called Comfort Air and they came out withIn the hour. We were very pleased with their response. We had a new unit the next day I would highly recommend them!

Robert said he would be at my house between 8:30 and 9:00. At 8:30 he was pulling into my driveway. He offers an excellent product at a good price. He and his crew are very professional and knowledgeable.

Very professional. They always showed up on time, worked hard the entire time they were here. Everyone was very polite and they left no mess behind.

Great service. We had our unit installed in 2013, always great service and no problems. Our AC went out this weekend, called first thing Monday and they were out within the hour, replaced the capacitor and were gone in twenty minutes, friendly and fast service. Would 100% recommend.

Our central heat and air unit went out on one of the hottest days we have had, called them and the came the very next day to try and fix it. It was beyond fixing, we ordered a new one from them on Friday they had it installed on Monday!! Great job!!

First I am disappointed in my NOW former HVAC company for not finding what Robert from Comfort Air found in 15 minutes. I would recommend Robert and Comfort air for your HVAC needs. Thanks Robert it is now cooler in my house than it is outside and during the summer that is how I like it!

Our CHA unit died late on a Friday night. These folks came out immediiately early Sat morning to check our electric/gas unit. Diagnosed the issue and ordered a part quickly. Asked about our heatiing alternatives as the next days were due to be below freezing. Then, after drivinng to get said part from somewhere outside Erin in their own vehicle very early Monday morning, they came right over and got our unit repaired. (we had wood heater and were fine) Their workers and both office folks were casual, comfortable, informative, interested and quite professional. After many decades of CHA units and assorted companies doing repaiirs in Davidson and Maury counties, this was by far my easiest and best experience.

Chuck came to my house to work on our unit and he was very professional and courteous. He worked quickly and found out what the problem was and fixed it. I highly recommend Comfort Air Heating & Cooling. We will definitely use them for all our central unit needs!

The Comfort Air team showed up at my house a week or so after the owner, Robert Sugg came to my house and studied the basement and looked at the power and placement possibilities for my new Mitsubishi 15k unit. My basement is about 1000 square feet that I needed to keep warm in the winter and cool in the summer. We practically live in the basement in our den. We’ve been heating it with an infrared Amish fireplace and cooling it with a tower fan in the summer. The best part of the story is that the Comfort Air Team showed up on the day promised and wired it up,plumbed it in and hung the sleek indoor unit and set up the outside unit before I got home. As I drove up the only sign they had been here was the new outside unit that looked like it had always been part of my house. The entire basement did not have a stray footprint. No mess for me to clean up and an easy to use remote control ready to go! I got
My bill in the mail exactly what I expected with no surprises except the unit was better than I expected! It is amazingly quiet and it’s mounted right over the tv!!!
A pleasant s-h-h-h-h is all you ever hear and the room has never been more comfortable to sit or nap or just hang out. Highly recommend not only the Mitsubishi product but the Comfort Air Team to install it! It was easy on me!

After having our old unit for 40 years it finally died. Called Comfort Air Heating and Cooling, LLC, and they had someone come right out. Ordered a new Amerian Stardard unit to replace our old unit. Their install guys had us up and running in no time. Cleaned up and hauled old unit away. All around great doing business with them.

Any issue we have had they take care of it quickly! They are always willing to talk and answer question we may have. Great owners and workers.

When our heater broke down and with a artic cold heading our way Comfort Air & Heating was able to install a new unit before the arctic cold arrived. They were very efficient and prompt with the install. I would highly recommend Comfort Air & Heating .

I called these guys In the morning on a Monday and they were at my house Monday afternoon. I ended up needing a coil and they had it back to me Wednesday morning and got me up and running. Very happy.

I had been having problems with my almost 20 year old split HVAC system. Comfort Air was able to help me keep it running for 2 years after the problems began. The time had finally came to have the unit replaced. Donnie was very patient and didn't just try to sell a unit. He came to my house and looked at what I had. We discussed several options. He took the time to go over the pros and cons of each system. And then when I decided what I wanted to do - replace my split unit with a package unit - he presented several different brands and again we looked at the pro and cons. In the end I feel I was able to make an informed decision and got exactly what was best for me. I was never rushed or felt pressured to buy. The instillation was just as painless. Donnie took the time to explain what was needed and that's exactly how it happened. The installer took the time to explain the new thermostat and how my system would work. I've very glad I choose Comfort Air for my new HVAC system. I would strongly recommend them to everyone.
