May do good work, but we called to ask about bringing in a VW Jetta and all the guy said was "good luck". My husband waited a few seconds and nothing else was said. He finally asked "good luck? You don't work on VW's?". The reply was a very rude "no". No explanation, no "I'm sorry, sir, we don't work on those cars". Just "good luck". Very unprofessional and rude. Won't be taking any of our vehicles there. Too many other places with polite and professional people answer their phones.

This place deserves 6 stars. They have the best prices and the best service in Clarksville. They went above and beyond to make sure my car was good. Got both new brakes and an oil change for half the price that Firestone was going to charge for new brakes. They inspected my car, rotated and rebalanced my tires to fix my shaky steering wheel for no charge. Recommend this place to absolutely everyone.

Highly recommend. I've been using Frost on and off for the last 20 years and they've always been honest, reasonably priced and do quality work.

The mechanics in this shop are very knowledgeable and very professional. Went for an alignment on my vehicle that the previous shop couldn't address, and they did it super fast. Couldn't be happier knowing that I can rely on their knowledge and fair prices.

Fixed my alignment with ease and gave me reassurance concerning other things that GATEWAY was trying to grotesquely charge me $800 for that did not need repairing. I recommend them to anyone. Called to get an appointment for an alignment and they got me in the very next day. Dropped my car off and they had it completed within a couple of hours. Would recommend this shop to everybody.

This is the second time I have gotten my brakes and rotors changed. The friendly honest and affordable service can't be beat in town.
I went to a brake place closer to my home and they wanted to charge me double I only needed front brakes and pads but I was told I needed brakes and rotors for the front and back.
Even though I am not that knowledgeable about specific automotive procedures I am glad frost alignment didn't take advantage of that.
I recommend them 100% don't go no where else for brakes and any other services they provide.

So we were told by another place we would need an alignment. We brought our vehicle here as recommended by another place in town. My 5 star review comes in because they were honest, they told us it wasn’t an alignment that we needed.

So we may not have gotten the service done, but when the time comes to get one done, we will definitely be coming back here. Thank you for your honesty as a business, it speaks volumes.

They preformed the service I asked at a reasonable price, without taking advantage of my vehicle repair stupidity. The lobby isn't big enough to wait while he works, so dropping of the car is favorable since it could take several hours.

Had tie rods replaced and car aligned - was expecting a 300$ job but only got charged half that. Super polite management and overall fantastic service.

The manager was friendly and knowledgeable about my repairs to my vehicle. He was able to get me in for repairs in a timely manner. The mechanics also left my vehicle very clean.

This shop was very professional and the owner got us in the same day and found a simple issue did diagnostic and found nothing serious and didnt charge us would use him again was very honest dont find alot of that these days

I took my car to frosts to get an alignment after a friend recommended them. I had always taken my car to the same shop and my 250.00 tires got the tread worn off in 6 months on the rear because the alignment wasn't done correctly. Frosts fixed my alignment and my car drives fantastic and my tires are not wearing down anymore. It was also 45.00 less than what I was paying elsewhere. The owner there was so nice too. Great service and great work with very reasonable prices. I'll never go anywhere else.

Frost alignment has been around for 20 plus years they do fantastic work he stays pretty backed up but trust me the work is high quality and I am always satisfied

Highly recommended. Able to work us in and repaired the car in a timely manner. 30 minutes done before his ETA of repairs. Very friendly. To the point and no mechanic talk thats over normal people head.
