As an experienced property manager I have had to work with a variety of vendors. Wilmer is one of the most reliable contractors I have worked with. Do not hesitate to hire him to build your new deck or fix/replace your roof. He charges a fair amount and does the work in a timely manner.

Excellent costumer service and quality work. They were responsive and provided reasonable pricing for roof repair and water damage. I had an issue with this and they were quick to assist with repairs.

Snatch him up before he gets too big! Wilmer was the only contractor of the four we called to point out the fundamental problem, rather than just the quick fix. He gave two detailed quotes to accommodate the possibility of a smaller fix and a bigger one. He fulfilled all of his promises and the work was excellent, and the price was more than fair. He had a great personality and was an absolute pleasure to work with. We are a small condo building, but he never made us feel like this was an unimportant job. I’d hire him to do all of my construction work if I could!

We hired MS Innovation to:
1) remove a textured ceiling that had suffered recent water damage; and 2) install a new ceiling (board and plaster) leaving the beams above exposed
Wilmer responded to me within hours and was out to my house within a day. He got me a detailed, free quote within 24h and was able to schedule my project within days of signing the contract. From start to finish, the entire project took only 3 days! We have done a LOT of work on our house and Wilmer/MS Innovation were the fastest and most thorough group we've worked with.
He was very easy to communicate with over email or phone. When we had an unexpected issue come up (ceiling fan needed to be remounted because of the exposed beams), rather than delaying things, he brought in an electrician and the problem was solved within a day.
His team handled demo very well - they put plastic everywhere and sealed off the room - and cleaned up at the end of every evening. We were in the house during the whole process and they were very mindful of us and our pets during the whole process. Ceiling removal/plaster installation is messy and they kept things very clean which we REALLY appreciated
Of the 3 quotes we received, his was very fair. Value for price given the incredible work quality and experience was VERY high. We would absolutely be thrilled to work with MS Innovation again and have given Wilmer's contact information to two friends looking for work on their homes as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
