Amazing quality work. Quoted it on a Wednesday (best price) and showed up Thursday AM exactly at the time they said they would. I met and chatted with Bob, (owner) good guy and cares about the job he does. I give them 5 stars across the board with one exception, he didn't bring his dog with him. My pups were very disappointed. (That last part is just a little humor of course) I would and will highly recommend.

I had my house power washed today by Dan. It was pretty dirty and had not been done in at least five years. Dan did an excellent job. All of the dirt, mold and algae is gone. It looks so much better. He was very courteous and explained exactly what he was going to do. I would highly recommend Dan and Mr. T's Power Wash. I will definitely be a return customer.

Our house like many was absolutely filthy after the winter. Mr. T's did a marvelous job on proving the house is actually white. Additionally they were able to clean our porch and deck. The deck in particular had a number of pollen stains from the previous year, it feels very silky now. The service was efficient and effective. The pricing is also reasonable for the quality of services provided. We will call them again next year!

Mr. T's Powerwash was recommended to us by our GC so we contacted them to inquire about powerwashing services. They were very responsive, informative and answered all of our questions. Bob came out to the house and we reviewed all of the problem areas on our siding and gutters with him. He spent about an hour powerwashing the house and our detached garage and we are VERY pleased with the results. Would definitely recommend Mr. T's to anyone looking to have their home powerwashed.

EDIT #2: Bob came back out the next morning at 7am. He was apologetic and understanding and cleaned up all the spots I pointed out. I was pleased with the final product after the touch ups.

EDIT: I have received a call back from Bob, the owner, and he was very receptive to my concern and is returning first thing in the morning to fix the spots. I am appreciative of his swift response and I will update once more after he comes.

To preface, I have never felt the need to provide a negative review given the severity of the situation.

With that said, I am extremely frustrated with my experience with Mr. Ts Powerwashing. The woman who handles the phone calls was always very polite and very professional. Scheduling and asking questions were handled quickly and efficiently. I have no qualms over the office.

What I do have an issue with was paying $300 for 3 decks to be cleaned and for them to turn out like they do in the photos. These photos were taken ~35 minutes after the gentleman left. Several sections of all 3 decks were not touched at all; dead debris still hung by cobwebs in between spindles and the handrails were still covered in mildew. The underside of our 2nd floor deck is 10ft off the ground and directly above the 1st floor deck entrance and is completely dry.

I was told they would be out to powerwash anytime between 8am and 4:30pm. There was 1 worker who worked for a little over an hour (Ring doorbell marks this as arrived at 1:59 and left at 3:05) for a 2,400sqft house with 3 decks. I have scheduled all 3 decks to be repainted the next day and I now have to reschedule because these decks are in no shape to be repainted.

The house itself came out good, however there are several brown drip stains that I cannot myself reach to clean.

I have called and left a voicemail to discuss this with the office and am awaiting a reply. Being new to CT and having been referred by several neighbors, I am very disappointed. I look forward to their reply for next steps.

Worst power washing experience. Was there less than 2 hours for a 3500 sq ft house. Left remnants of dirt all over the house, and there are spots I will physically have to clean because they were left dirty. Didn’t even touch the interior roof of our covered deck, we had to ask him to go back and clean it. Also left our gutters dirty because this company “doesn’t believe” in cleaning the gutters. We have had gutters cleaned with other companies we have used in the past. We will likely be contacting another company to come back out and go over the house again. Will definitely not use this company a second time.
