Bill was extraordinary! He installed closet rods for me in a walk-in closet. He completed the task I hired him for, but went beyond that, noticing other closet problems that required attention and offered expert council on other issues I asked him about. If I ever need a handyman again, I would request his service. He was friendly and efficient. It is obvious that he enjoys his work.

They did a good job with adjusting gutter to fix water flow and hopefully help with ice dams in winter. Appointment was timely and completed in same day. Took longer than anticipated but took care to make sure done in a quality manner.

They did a great job. They were on time and completed the tasks efficiently. I will be using them for other tasks I can no longer do. And many thanks to the technician who worked here.

Bill was very friendly and did a great job clearing our gutters and downspouts ! He was able to flush them out with our outside water supply. He was here for less then an hour..After Bill finished he showed us photos before and after they were flushed

I called Mr. Handyman and scheduled an appointment to look at our commercial building. When they didn't show or call I reached out to them to find out why. The person answering the phone said that it was her fault for not following through. I rescheduled another appointment with another person in their company. That person was also a no-show and never called. Not a good service company!
I was not aware that they did come out the second time. However, they said that the job was not something they could handle.

This is the second time we’ve used Mr. Handyman and they did an excellent job building new outdoor stairs to our side door—completed in just one day! The quality of the work is top-notch, and the stairs look fantastic. Communication was quick, clear, and professional from start to finish. We’re really impressed and would definitely use their services again. Highly recommend!

The repair man was on time and was very professional. He replaced my exterior door knob and lock. He also replaced the weather stripping on the outer door. I was satisfied with the work. I did think the $240 price was a little high.

Brent was amazing. He was supposed to call me when he got there so I could Buzz him in only to realize that I couldn't find my phone and it was in my car. At 1:30 which was 30 minutes after the actual appointment time I realized my phone was in my car. When I ran outside to get my phone he was still waiting for a response. Knowing after he told me that this was his last appointment of the day I don't know very many people that would have waited 30 minutes. They would have just left. He did he waited. He was so patient. He was so friendly and he was just wonderful

I had Mr. Handyman do my walk in closet. In picking up the supplies, I didn't know what I was doing, it turned into a bigger project than I had planned. Chris came over and sorted through the materials, smoothly put together the shelves and closet poles with ease. Chris made it seem like it had already been all planned out. It was amazing! Chris worked quickly and efficiently. Excellent craftsmanship!

Worker showed up on time and was finished cleaning our gutters in less than an hour. Very friendly and efficient former veteran.

It would be 0 stars if I could. Avoid Mr. Handyman at all costs. Absolutely the worst experience I ever had with a home project. A simple microwave project turned into a disaster, extremely costly, and a lot of wasted time. After they installed my newly purchased microwave, my outlets began sparking. Talk about dangerous! They were notified and extremely rude about the situation asking did we do outlet work for you? They were given so many opportunities to make it right and refused. They said call an electrician. The electrician discovered they punctured a wire causing the sparking during installation. Then I told them, even sent an invoice and they refused to pay for the damage. They charged a lot for installation, and it cost a lot to fix the damage they caused. They dragged their feet for weeks getting a response what would happen. They even tried to blame the electrician, but the electrician was only out because of the sparking that happened after they installed the microwave.

I called early November and they couldn't get me an appointment until the 20th. When the guy came out, he said there's nothing I can do for your bathroom standing shower and told me to get the tempered glass cut. You can't cut tempered glass. He charged me $88 for a 5 minute visit which he did nothing. Very unhappy.

I needed a couple surveillance cameras installed at higher heights at my residence as well as “winterizing” the cables.
First time using Mr. Handyman. I used a couple apps like Thumbtack and Taskrabbit. Had issues booking people, because most of them had late or poor communication. I also wasn’t waiting 2-3 days for a response back on if they could do a job or not.
I found Mr. handyman online. I made a request, and they got back to me within 24 hrs and scheduled my job I needed done. I like the assurance with the licenses, insured, and communication, as they kept me updated the day prior to the appointment as well as updated time of arrival the day of. Justin S and Bill A came out. When they arrived, they confirmed exactly what I needed for the job, including some helpful advice on what they wanted to do for a better job. They got it done pretty quick and the work was very efficient.
They’re obviously priced higher than some of the local help, but you get what you pay for. I would be happy to use them again for a little peace of mind that the work gets done correctly.

Appreciate Handyman's assessing the soffit vents , coming up with options and even tho did not need his service after contractor who put in house siding and gutters came to my house when Handyman was here, stating that work was done to code , properly .
Seeing that bathroom vent to attic was off , Handyman fixed that .
The serviceman was willing to fix soffit ,but graciously understood it was not needed.
Because of how well he handled the situation , I would strongly recommend Handyman services...as I will make my own list of projects that they can tackle.

We needed some door repair work done. Chris was the technician and went above and beyond to get our storm doors repaired and working well. He also reviewed another job and didn’t try to talk us into anything we didn’t need. We will definitely contact them in the future.

Very responsive service. All other services were scheduling 2 months out, Mr. Handyman got me in the next day to help troubleshoot and solve the problem. Very professional, timely and priced right.

Frustrating experience..After the job was finished I find out that one employee made multiple mistakes, resulting in another employee purchasing more materials and taking more time to correct his mistakes. I paid the estimate of quoted job but still demanding for me to pay extra material fee. I was relatively happy with the end result—until multiple people in the trade field-handymen, plumbers, contractors -have been shocked at the quality of work for the amount of money I paid.

The man was very helpful and was able to fix my problem completely, not just throw a bandaid on it.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST HANDYMAN SERVICE EVER!!! I hired them to install a blink doorbell and was charged $483 and the INEXPERIENCED TECH DIDN'T EVEN WIRE IT TO THE EXISTING DOORBELL. So, it doesn't even ring inside the house. BILL ALSO PLACED IT TOO HIGH AND ALL IT DOES IS DING WHEN CARS DRIVE BY. INCOMPITENT TECH... So I called the office and spoke to CARRY, WHO WAS VERY RUDE. THE OWNER, MARTY WAS ALSO EXTREMELY RUDE. Carry told me she would send a tech the next day, to take it down (At NO CHARGE) then emails me a quote for an additional $170. EXTREMELY DISHONEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND REPRESENTATION. DON'T BE FOOLED, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!

I had a few odd jobs that needed a pro, so I called Mr. Handyman, as I have a few times before. Bill A. was outstanding at accomplishing the work plus communication. Every person I’ve had has been great. I can always count on excellent service, communication, and follow-thru, all at a reasonable cost. They never disappoint. Needed a new dryer vent connected to my dryer. Brent showed up promptly and assessed the situation, the materials that I had purchased ahead of time, and was able to replace the dryer vent hose and ensure it was sealed completely to prevent any critters from getting into my house. He was friendly, explained everything and worked quickly.

The Mr Handyman company offers highly skilled and talented professionals who do the fixes around the house with high quality a friendly attitude and in an efficient time. I had Jacob who is extremely skilled and talented with wood based repairs and a great salesmen too! Kudos to the Mr Handyman company!

We had water damage in our bathroom, and ended up needing to completely replace the subfloors and tile. Our tech, Jacob, was super knowledable and finished the job quickly and efficiently. Would absolutely hire them again! Highly recommended!

Making contact with Mr Handyman was easy. We discussed the few small projects that we needed to be done.
The appointment was set and Bill came right on time. He first did a walk-around together an idea, and then set up and went to work.
We looked over everything when he finished and we are very satisfied. He will be coming back to do some painting soon (we had some power washing done and the wood needs to dry ).

They were able to fix my broken front door the same day. Zach, the handyman, was great. He went above and beyond. He was very pleasant to work with.

The Handyman who replaced my medicine cabinets in my bathrooms was very professional and took great care in the installation. I may use them in the future.

Jacob S. was polite, cleaned up after the job, knew exactly what he needed, figured out there was a loose wire on the power supply and brought it all up to code. He did a great job. I would highly recommend him to friends.
