Chuck and David did excellent work. I needed a shed assembled on a concrete pad in my backyard, and didn't realize until after they arrived that the pad was uneven with a 5-in difference between the corners. They were able to get the shed set up and properly attached to the concrete despite, and saved me the trouble of having to pour a new concrete pad. They were polite and effective, do recommend.

Moving into our new home in Star we needed a lot of help with several projects. We called Mr. Handyman and have had a fantastic experience! We’ve had TJ out to our home a few times to hang TV’s, install ceiling fans, install a new chandelier over our dinning room table, put together a new desk for my husband, hang many pictures in our home and build some added shelving and clothing rod in our master closet. TJ is so friendly and respectful and does a great job with all we’ve hired him to do for us. He also cleans up everything after he has completed the work. We definitely plan to call Mr. Handyman back for future work we need done in our home and will request to have TJ again! Thank you Mr. Handyman and TJ.

We used Mr. Handyman when we moved to a new home 18 months ago and were very pleased with the level of skills and service. We recently needed work at our warehouse business and were equally satisfied and grateful for the skills and professionalism.

We had a wonderful experience using them to have a chandelier hung in a high ceiling location. Scheduling was easy and friendly, and the day of our appt our handyman came out on time and was very nice and friendly the whole time. He made every effort to keep our home nice and even painted over a spot that was smudged during the install. He made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it to be and we could not be more pleased.

Mr. Handyman, unlike every other handyman service I know (I have used 5 in the treasure valley area), sends people who know. Their. Stuff. And get it done right. I had another handyman service do the same task, charge 1,000, and do it horribly wrong, costing me about 2K in damages. Mr. Handyman charged less, did it better, in shorter time, and with wonderful service.

TJ was my Handyman. He installed a doggie door. Installed 6 TV mounts and 6 fans. He was very Professional, Personable and Extremely knowledgeable. He was set to work 9 hours and completed in 7 hours. I would recommend TJ and the Mr. Handyman Firm for all tasks. I would have rated TJ a 10 but it only went to 5. But he is a 10 in my book.

When I bought my house, underneath the kitchen sink, the wood was totally warped, from water dripping down. David Garner came out and did the work in less than half the time it would have taken me with very professional looking results. The bottom two photos are before and the top two are after. The four photos don’t actually show how warped the wood was. I am extremely pleased

Chuck came by and installed a shower door for my wife and I. Quick and easy and looks great. He was in and out within 2.5 hours and that included an impromptu trip to the store to get a shower door strip to ensure no water gets out.

TJ was timely, informative, and very capable. I am very happy with his work. I was a little startled by the cost, however. I recommend that you inquire about the hourly rate and mark up of anything they have to purchase for the job. If cost is important, then it would be prudent to purchase anything needed in advance.

My repair technician was knowledgeable, courteous, punctual and efficient. He cleaned up the workspace nicely once completed. The repair looks fantastic.

Mr. Handyman provided me with seamless, skilled services. I would absolutely use them again for certain things, keeping their prices in mind (TL;DR: ~$130/hr labor for 6 hrs, significant markup over retail on materials prices). I had five separate projects (add an outlet, install garage roof rack, fix sagging gate, etc) and all were done perfectly.

Their pricing is definitely at a premium, but I’ve concluded I got what I paid for. My tasks required a varied skillset and some patience. The front office picks up the phone and is a breeze to schedule with. David (their handyman) showed up exactly on schedule and I only had to take the minimal time off work to get everything done. This all is worth some extra cost to me.

As a single woman who owns her own home, I also appreciated that both David and the front office treated me like the person to be talking to (instead of asking when my husband will be home…).

Quick and efficient and 2 exterior French doors are now working perfectly. Cannot thank him enough. Also fixed 2 windows while here. He was a very pleasant person and a pleasure to have in our home. This is who you call if you need something repaired. Just save yourself some time and call these people. We had two other professional people to the house who could not repair either door. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Chuck arrived on time and did a thorough job. He finished finished early, so the final bill was less than than the contract.

Well, without mentioning any names we had 2 toilets that were running continuously for a c oiple weeks and i, being in poor health needed to replace the inner workings in both bathrooms. I planned to go get the parts but I was unable. The "Handyman" went and got the parts less than a mile from my house. The parts cost $40 total. He replaced the parts and he was there for about 2 hours and charged us $200 for the parts that he bought for $40. How wrong is t g at to charge us that much more for the parts. THEN 2 days later the toilets began running again!!
I fixed it myself. Not using Mr. HANDYMAN again! Ripped off!!

Mr. Handyman responded to our request quickly and professionally!! Kept us informed from when a technician would be sent, who he was and what he looked like for our security!! Much appreciated! The technician, Chuck, was friendly and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to correct our plumbing issues. Highly recommend.

TJ showed up right on time. He was friendly and knowledgeable. And he did a fantastic job installing a Barn Door in our Laundry Room. He then reversed the opening on our Patio Sliding Door. He finished right on time and did a great job cleaning up before he left.

I had a small job—change light bulbs in high ceilings in several rooms, install a baby gate, and check our attic to make sure everything was dry. He did each thing exactly as I had hoped. I had a leak on my patio roof. They came when they said they would. The guy seemed knowledgeable and friendly. I showed him two leaks and he decided on a course of action. He went and got parts. When he came back he changed his mind and chatted a different course which cost me less money. They called the following morning to see if I was satisfied. I said it hasn't rained so I will let them know after it rains. After it finally rained I saw that one of the leaks was fixed but the other one was still leaking. It's an easy fix so hopefully they will come out again and fix it. I will use them again.
