We had an excellent experience using Mr. Handy to upgrade our front door!
Clifton and Jules were extremely responsive and helpful in answering all my questions about customizing our new door and making sure we were 100% happy with all the details.

Clifton is knowledgeable and skilled and went above and beyond to make the installation perfect.

We were already very pleased with our whole experience using Mr. Handy but they far exceeded my expectations when I contacted them after the installation about a very minor, cosmetic question I had about the color of a small section of caulk (to be clear, this was absolutely nothing that they had done wrong) . Instead of just answering my question, they immediately offered to come back out promptly to change the caulk to another color that I preferred. I was amazed at their level of commitment to making sure we were 110% happy with every last little detail of the final product.
Customer service at that level is almost unheard of!

Highly recommend Mr. Handy and looking forward to calling them again for our next project!
