Lorenzo and Alex were great. Had a load bearing post on our covered patio that was rotting at the base. Found Lorenzo's company through a Google Search, read his reviews (Which were fantastic) and saw that he's been THE "Mr Fix It" for over 15 years, so we gave him a call.

That same afternoon Lorenzo calls to come by, takes a look, discussed options to properly address it and explained in detail what the steps would be. We agreed on the best option for the situation, then he and Alex went right to work on it. Could not believe the level of professionalism, urgency and workmanship.

Big thanks to Lorenzo and Alex. I'm no longer concerned, it's fixed and now I've got someone great to work with when things come up.

I was very impressed with Lorenzo at Mr.Fix It! I was in the process of looking for a contractor to do a small carpentry job at my Mom's house.I was dreading this process and not looking forward to contacting contractors with the expectations that this would be a challenging process with having contractors get back to me in a timely manner. The exact day that I put my information in on Mr.Fix It's website is the day that Lorenzo contacted me and not only had he contacted me but he had also taken the time in his busy schedule to go to my Mom's to assess what my Mom wanted done and had given a qoute for the project that she wanted done.Lorenzo was very courteous and respectful and accomodating to my Mom and myself when arranging a scheduled date and time to work on the project and had completed the project quickly and fitted my Mom in his schedule right away. Lorenzo (Mr. Fix It) did a great job from start to finish. He came over, gave a fair estimate, and completed the job faster than I expected... and something I very much appreciate.

Lorenzo and his team were very professional and did a great job on the projects at our house. He was punctual and knowledgeable about the jobs he was doing. He cleaned up after his work and left no trace. (unlike other interactions we have had with other services) We appreciated that he wanted to help fix things if possible rather than fully replace for an arm and a leg price. He explained what he was doing and his plan so we were informed. Everything he worked on looks brand new and we will definitely use him and his team for any other house projects ahead.

I needed to replace a couple of bathroom fans and my normal electrician was really busy and taking a while to schedule. Then I remembered Mr Fix it Handyman & Remodeling did a great job replacing some windows a couple years back at our house. Right on his webpage I see "Bathroom fan replacement". He was in same day for a look and had the fans installed the next day! What service! Highly recommend Lorenzo and his team! Thank you!

I had Mr. fix it today at my house to put in a ceiling fan.. and fix my dryer vent, which was not in a very difficult place ..and also put some molding around my vanity was very pleased with their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone! and will definitely have them back again to do some more repair work at my home

I called Mr. Fix It Handyman for a small handrail installation leading up into my mudroom. Lorenzo came the next day (New Year's Eve), quoted me a fair and reasonable price. He went and got the needed parts and came back installed them the same day. The handrail that he installed is heavy duty and he did an excellent job installing it. I am very pleased with the end result. I highly recommend Lorenzo and Mr. Fix It Handyman as I know they would get the job done right and in time. Don't wait, give them a call!

I was in a panic my deck stairs detached and Lorenzo was able to fit me in right away before the holidays and put them back together like brand new now I don’t have to stress before the holidays.

I had my back door replace as the original door was falling apart. Mr Fix did a great job installing the new door along with the frame. He also fix the bottom of the door as it was failing apart due to age. He also painted my other door free of charge . I am very happy with my new door and definatly recommend his service.

He seemed nice at first but then lied to the building inspector, refused to pull permits after being caught by the inspector, and charged our cc for $725 Over the agreed price. He also made our daughter feel very uncomfortable. I deeply regret hiring them.

My husband and I had a great experience having our front and back stairs redone by Mr. Fix It. I would highly recommend Lorenzo, Octavio and the team. The job was done efficiently, and the work and materials were the highest quality. Pricing was quite fair and within our budget.

Very friendly and knowledgeable with a reasonable price called and he came the same day to install a TV mount and also help me out with getting my brand new refrigerator in the house which he had to remove the door on the fridge and the door on the house.
I will be definitely calling him back and recommend him highly.

Use at your own expense!! Beware!! I have never worked with such a bad company or person ever. He acts like he knows what he is doing. But in actuality, he doesn't. He left my property worse than the original. When I started questioning where my money was going. Because I did not see any supplies, workers, and very poor quality workmanship that was being done. I questioned him. He continued to ask for more money. He asked for cash. I would not give it to him. Paid by check for proof. He never gave me a valid contract for services. He never broke down material cost as labor. He also electronically signed my name on what paperwork he did send. When I was contacted by another contractor who was working on the project about his workmanship. I yelled at him about the work. The next day, he pushed out something to what he thought would please me. Then, he packed up all his tools and abandoned the project. Use at your own risk!! If I could give zero stars, I would. I lost 5k before he deserted/ abandoned the project.

What a great guy! Lorenzo did a number of small jobs today and will be back to replace storm doors. He also does all kinds of renovations; kitchen, bathroom, flooring, decks. Can't recommend him highly enough!

From the moment Lorenzo and team walked through my door, I was met with courtesy and professionalism. I was able to explain exactly what I wished to be completed and they began working immediately with the upmost precision and care for my kitchen & cabinets. Step by step they installed the drain hose, water line, as well as installed additional electrical box in basement to power the dishwasher. The team made sure that the dishwasher was level, lined up perfectly with cabinets, and was encased with trim as if the appliance came with the home.

Replaced 4 of my windows, cleaned my gutters, changed my bathroom sink beautifully. He has a lot of knowledge on types of windows and materials. He also changed a door and door frame of mine that was not installed correctly previously and you wouldn't even notice that the frame used to be off measurements. Corrected the walls and floor to level. Knowledgeable in all home improvement projects and keeps up to date on newer and better makes and models for home appliances and home structures. This is my second home he's worked on and I highly recommend. Great references and has his licenses.

Hello, I have owned a rental property in Springfield Ma for many years. I met Lorenzo after he was highly recommended by my neighbor. The first job he completed was to replaced my two front doors. Lorenzo was a pleasure to work with and did great work! He removed and replaced the weather stripping on our garage door and provided information regarding some other projects in our home. He was very patient with scheduling and took the extra time order the specific weather stripping needed for the door model to make sure the job was done right.

We cannot say enough positive things about Lorenzo and his team.
