Jose (THE Mr. Cat) is a real find. If he says he can do something, he can. I met Jose shortly after I bought my current home; a 100 year old Victorian. I had some flashing problems, and called 3 roofing companies to get quotes: one didn't return my call, the 2nd wanted $500 to climb to the roof (3 stories high), and Jose took his latter, climbed up and showed me pictures of the problems.
Shortly after, he fixed the flashings at a very reasonable price. I've enjoyed working w/ him in the 12 years since.
