Mark and his crew were excellent! Professional and prompt. They listened and and addressed all concerns quickly. The team did a GREAT job cleaning up the roofing materials after each day of work. Easy to work with and we were extremely satisfied with the results. Would highly recommend to anyone!!

The whole Mr. B’s Roofing experience was seamless. From meeting Ray during the estimating process, scheduling and installation, they were on top of their game. Extremely fast installation and clean up was impeccable.

Quality professional work and they walk you through everything. Communication throughout the process could be better and they did leave behind a little bit of debris after the work was done. But all in all very happy with the job they did.

My recent experience with Mark Boutin and his roofing company, Mr.B's is worth very high praise. His work crew came early on a saturday morning and completed the work on my ranch home in one day. All the debris was cleaned up prior to leaving that day. I would definitely recommend Mr. B's roofing to everyone.

Mark is friendly and honest. Last winter I had issues with large ice dams forming on the roof. This past spring he was quick to come by and give me an estimate. He took the time to point out and explain to me why that was happening. Even during the roof replacement he explained what they were doing, and showed me when they found there were five layers of shingles on the roof! I am very glad I had my roof replaced before this winter, and that I chose Mark and his crew to do it. They were professional, informative, and cleaned up very well after all the work was done. Happy to say no monster ice dams this winter! I am very pleased I went with Mr. B's Roofing and highly recommend them.

When I realized our roof was in need of a pre-mature replacement due to defective IKO shingles installed originally, I began the search for a reputable contractor to hire for the job. I considered all my options with several different companies who provided me with a wide range of prices and guarantees of a professional job, that included a 50 year warranty. I decided to go with “MR. B’s ROOFING” out of Derry, NH for a variety of reasons. I had seen this work crew do a roofing job for my next door neighbor earlier in the year and I was quite impressed, but more importantly, after I met the owner (Mark Boutin) I was very pleased with him. I felt he was honest, sincere, hardworking and had integrity. I actually went on my roof with him to see the defects, as he explained how they would be corrected with the new roof and guaranteed that I would have the GAF 50 year system with transferable warranty.
I had to wait a few weeks before his crew was able to start the job due to several days of rain, but once supplies were delivered (including porta-john) and the workers showed up, I soon found the wait was well worth it. A crew of 7 workers (5 roofers and 2 ground people) worked steady and diligently to complete the job in only a day and a half (almost finished it in 1). Perhaps I was being skeptical, but I watched this entire project (and photographed it) from start to finish to ensure everything that Mark told me would be done was done, and I had no complaints. The crew was organized, knew what they were doing, were extremely fast, and respectful of my property. When they were finished and performed their final clean up, my yard looked as good (if not better) than it did before they arrived. Mark was there when the job started, came by at the end of the 1st day and again the following day to insure I was happy and pleased with the work. It was evident that my satisfaction was his upmost concern. I have had contractors do work for me over the years and I must admit things did not always go as hoped and both sides sometimes ended up disgruntled and unhappy. When Mark left, it was a handshake and a hug, plus I truly felt “I had made a friend”! I could not be happier with the roofing job I had done by Mr. B’s and would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a great job, professionally done, at a competitive and reasonable price.

Mr. B's Roofing replaced our old traditional asphalt shingles with new 3D architectural shingles about five years ago after we discovered a leak coming from one area of the roof, also removing several compromised roofing boards and re-shielding. It looked like a new home! Recently, we had them come to remove a very old & leaky skylight that wasn't great for our location, and the roof is sealed up again tight as a drum. The owner, Mark Boutin, is always ready to assist and provides excellent service with competitive prices.

He roofed my business (Two Guys Smoke Shop in Salem NH) and my home and from start-up to clean-up to follow-up they were on top of everything. I'll use them again (in 30 years) god willing or on any new project that comes my way. They deserve a great review.

I am very pleased with our new roof that Mark and his Mr. B's Roofing crew installed in May of 2017. Mark and his crew were very professional and polite and did excellent quality work. Daily during the job, the crew cleaned up every bit of debris around our yard and upon completion of the job, they did a walk with me around the house to make sure the yard was clean. I highly recommend Mr. B's Roofing.

Mr. B's ROOFING Derry NH has been out to my house two times now for a couple of small jobs and I couldn't be more pleased. Mark returned my calls quickly and was at my house giving me an estimate and doing the work within a couple of hours both times. He does great work and stands by it as well. Stunningly good service. Mr. B's is exactly what you would want during a situation you don't want to be in. Our house routinely develops ice dams that need to be removed about once a winter. We've used (unfortunately) other services in southern NH and had awful results with services charging twice and much and not doing anything but pushing the snow around and not actually removing the dams in the right way. Mr. B's knows what they are doing and it shows. Can't recommend them more highly.

Working with Mark was simple especially with a complex roofing system on my house. He was a real guy and walked me through everything and did not sound like he was selling me but educating me on my roof. Two things that stood out to me is that he was fair in his pricing and he gave me time to think it through. What made me choose Mark and his company was his high rating with the Better Business Bureau and reviews that backed it up. They did a great job and finished our roof in one day, including redoing our soffits to fix our ventilation problem! They were courteous, professional and cleaned up well after the roof was completed. I also wanted to thank Mark for the guidance on shingle color, we love how well it compliments the colors of our house and shutters!

Marc and his crew are personable, pleasant and ideal to work with. Marc discussed our options and gave us a reasonable quote to replace our entire roof. This was our first roofing situation. Marc took the time to explain the products and what they would be doing. The entire job was done in 1 day. The clean up was impressive. A neighbor commented that when she had her roof done ( by a different company), this company did not clean up near as well as Mr Bs. We would highly recommend Mr B.s. Roofing.

Mark, the owner, came out and quoted us right away for a one-day job that we had to replace a smaller roof on our property and repair various other spots and caps on our home. Mark was wonderful to deal with and his team showed up the very next day, completing the job fast and professionally. We would highly recommend and use him again for repairs or a full roof. They even cleaned up after themselves on the way out and were very courteous the entire day, keeping us up to date on what was happening.

We had a 20 year old roof that began to leak. Mark responded quickly and came out to give us options and a quote. We ended up choosing to have it fully replaced with a GAF roof and 50 year warranty. The first nice day Mark and his crew arrived and got the job done in 2 days. They did a great job cleaning up both days and made sure to heavily sweep for any fallen nails. The roof looks great and we would highly recommend him. After doing a lot of research he was the best roofer at a fair price.

We hired them to do our roof in Salem Nh and they were professional, quick with quality work. My roof was still looks brand new and then we contracted them to do my mother in laws in Massachusetts. Great job on a small tree removal project. I had two trees removed Marc took these down in pieces without any damage. Clean up was as good or better than before they got there. Very pleased with the work and a good price as well, very professional service.
