MPC of Tallahassee did an amazing job retrofitting my home with hurricane clips while doing minimal disruption. Mike was very professional and took the time to explain how everything works. His installation method was considerably less expensive than other estimates I had received. Also, he pulled a permit so that everything is approved and recorded with the county. Now I can get a significant annual discount on my homeowners’ insurance. I highly recommend MPC of Tallahassee.

I met Mike when he came to my house for a wind mitigation report following a new roof post May 2024 tornado. He observed that the 1940's part of the house (roof) might be a partial factor of my high home insurance rates. With education and absolutely no pressure I decided to have this part of this house roof retrofitted per his processes. He did this with minimal disruption to my home and was always courteous and willing to answer any questions. Mike submitted a detailed report for my insurance company resulting in a great savings that will pay for itself in one year. I highly recommend you speak with him if these may be your needs as well.

My home insurance cost jumped up by 45% in the past couple of months, and wind mitigation appeared to be one of the more cost-effective credits that I could apply to my (1962) home.

Mike was very conscientious and communicative about the time and method of wind mitigation retrofitting that worked best for my home.

He was able to squeeze me into his schedule the day after I called to assess the approach that worked for my home, and I'm provided the wind mitigation inspection upon completion.

Within a couple of weeks I received the notification from my HO insurance company that my (total) premium was reduced by 21% and the money saved will easily cover the cost of retrofitting within just a few years.

Mike did a fabulous job of retrofitting hurricane clips to the roof of our 1950s ranch house. He is a wonderful guy, very conscientious and hard working. Because our roof is now well anchored, our home insurance premium was cut in half ! Woohoo!

Mike did a great job for us. He is a really sharp guy and used a very technical approach. He went to great lengths to keep things clean and used minimally invasive techniques as much as possible. If you need hurricane clips installed Mike is your guy hands down.

I can't say enough about the quality of the service I got from Mike. Wind Mitigation for my house was done fast, efficiently, with minimum disruption. This is because Mike is an expert in Thermal Imaging, meaning he can see what needs doing without taking everything apart, and second, he uses a new system that is maximally effect and minimally invasive. To make things even better, my home insurance was reduced by almost half because of the certification, so the cost of the work will pay for itself in a short while, besides making my house immensely safer in case of high winds. And you know high winds are coming.

We used MPC to install hurricane clips to our home and could not be happier with the experience. We definitely did it for the insurance savings but the additional peace of mind for our safety was a pleasant surprise!
