Lance went above and beyond for my clients in and during a transaction! Long story short, properties roof needed to replaced a week and a half out from closing. Lance and his team met with insurance adjuster and was able to get a brand new roof on before we closed!

Lance came out to inspect my hail damaged roof. Due to his expertise and knowledge he was able to get my roof covered by insurance, even after it was initially denied. This saved me from having to pay over 18k out of pocket. It was a major relief to only have to pay my insurance deductible! On top of that he upgraded my shingle to a class 4, which resulted in my insurance company giving me an annual discount of $550.

During the install Lance was there to go over the work order with his crew. They completed my roof in one day and lance followed through with a photo documented final inspection for me to see.
