Motivated Lawn Pros are so great! This guy and his crew is the definition of excellent customer service. My wife and I recently purchased an home we’re renting out and listing on Air BnB. While in the area performing renovations a while back, Malcolm approached us with an advertisement brochure of his company. This guy, the owner of a company, was going door to door advertising his services to all of our beautiful neighbors all by himself! Initially, my wife and I agreed on taking care of the lawn through a relative who lived close by. Well our relative actually ended up having a work injury literally the moment all construction renovations were completed. Long story short, we needed the lawn serviced ASAP and we had Malcolm’s brochure sitting on the counter. Malcolm came out and provided us with a quote that was very nice, and later serviced our property by end of week. He also had his crew pressure wash our loop around driveway. When I say this guy had it looking like we just had a truck pour concrete…day and night difference! With that being said, we’ve continued to be a client of Malcolm for all of our lawn servicing needs. Once the season becomes warmer, we’re also planning to have Malcolm dress up our flower beds and possibly add a couple tree buffers. We love Motivated Lawn Pros!!! Keep up the great work!!!

I gave 5 stars because that's the highest they had! Malcolm has been a God send! I have had about three Services before I learned of him, My plants got wacked,
the grass that was cut landed upside of my house, and steps, grass against my fence wasn't weeded! I tried to do it myself, it just became too much! Malcolm is patient, kind, and professional! And his price is right!
