Tiago was very responsive to my initial call and arrived ON TIME to give me an estimate. When the work was schedued to be done, his crew showed up on time, was very polite and friendly and just did an amazing job! Going into a bathroom renovation, we expected a lot of headaches (from horror stories we've heard) , but Tiago and his team managed to make the process so easy and stress free. So attentive, real craftsman work with no details overlooked, and all the work was triple checked with a thorough walkthrough to make sure we were 100% satisfied. Work was done fast with very fair pricing. They even put up with our very jumpy golden doodle and gave her lots of sweet pats as they worked. Just please don't book Moura Services up; we need them for more projects! :)

We had Moura Services refinish our deck. Wow, they did a fabulous job! Tiago returned my call almost immediately. Came the next day and was extremely professional, measured and scoped the job, and I had a quote inside of 24 hours. Pricing was good, so we gave him the go ahead. The men on his crew showed up the next week, power washed everything, were super polite, professional and very neat and clean. As soon as the weather behaved, the crew came back and prepped, and stained with two coats in only three days. Worked 10+ hours a day, again super neat, polite, and did a wonderful job. Even recognized that we chose the wrong color, and remedied it, before going too far. Final clean up was perfect. Oh, and they even helped clear the furniture from the deck, and offered to return it all!! THANK YOU Tiago and team!!!

These guys are the real deal, true professionals and masters of their craft. Clear communication, great time management, attention to detail and keeping the homeowners in mind all come standard when hiring Tiago and the other wonderful folks at Moura services, my wife and I have had several different jobs done by them, most recently this tile and moulding done in the kitchen to go with our new countertops, and they’ve exceeded all of our expectations, there’s not a home renovation project I wouldn’t trust them with and I can’t recommend them enough!

We recently had an old deck repaired and it was an excellent experience. From start to finish, Moura Services was responsive, listened to my needs, offered potential solutions and then set expectations. My wife and are are very pleased with the final work. I just moved into the area and used google to find Moura Services. Him and his team painted my whole interior and it came out great! I appreciated him being able to start right away when he had openings in his schedule. Painting happened over the coarse of a month and his painting staff were very professional and clean. When they finished for the day you would barely know they were even there (besides the new fresh coat of paint!) Tiago and his team did such a great job that we also asked him to fix up some external rotted siding and cedar clapboard. Again, did a great job and so happy we were able to fit this in before the season ended! Will definitely be using Moura Services for more painting and carpentry in the future!

The work included a complete kitchen refresh (everything except the actual cabinets), tiling of entry and bathroom, smoothing textured ceilings throughout, refinishing hardwoods, new closet doors, new stair railings, lighting, and painting. He is knowledgeable, extremely attentive to detail, and both flexible and good-natured when my ‘requirements’ shifted over time. They also did an excellent job painting the bathrooms, which previously had visible brush marks, was poorly painted. The first being an exceptional outdoor paint job on our wood shingles. This involved quite a bit of prep work and also the replacement of over 100 wood shingles. His team did great work, were extremely efficient, and were a pleasure to work with. This project also had a number of cost variables, and Tiago’s estimation was spot on!

Second, we had wall paper removal, drywall repairs, and paint applied to multiple rooms in the house. This crew had different team members, but the same level of care and expertise went into the project. Being in the home, they were very aware of their surroundings. My wife and I work from home so they took every measure they could to not cause disruption to our day to day.

I was so appreciative and impressed by their level of detail and quality of work in both projects! I will definitely be using Moura Services for upcoming projects and would suggest that you do too!

Tiago and his crew did a great job, which included installing patio door, replacing wood panels (rot) on garage and siding, and replacing clapboards (rot and dry warp) on our house. First, Tiago came twice to do a thorough assessment and gave me a quote and detailed work plan. We discussed several options for the work. Second, the team was quick to start the work, were very thorough, and did the work well, always cleaning up. Third, Tiago came often to review the work and discuss with me the progress. We did some adjustments on where to replace clapboards after initial pass through most critical places. Finally, the guys painted everything, and cleaned up.
