I hired this company because it was recommended by a friend. The company was hired to do a new roof on my house. The overall work on the roof was great but they put the polar opposite color of shingle, than what I had asked for and showed the owner, was put on my house. When I told him it was the wrong color, he said that their was nothing he could do to change it. Even though only 1/3rd of my roof was covered. He offered me a small piece of seamless gutter on my house. I never fully agreed to this deal. I hadn’t paid them for their work. Then 2 months passes and they came and did the gutter. When they did come back and put the gutter up, they put the gutter where I asked him not to and because he put where I asked him not to, he took off some metal decorations I had mounted on my house. I paid them and didn’t say a word. I was told before all that happened, if I recommended any new customers to them that I would receive a $100.00 referral fee. At this point I decided that the mistakes they made not good, but since the craftsmanship of the work on my roof was, that I would refer some people. I referred not only one person but two. After talking to the owner who said they would pay me the referral I waited months and never received anything. I also asked several times for a statement about my warranty and never to this day have received any information pertaining to this matter.
