Motor City Building has remodeled a couple of kitchens and have done flooring projects for me, and they all have turned out great. Richard has always been upfront and highly communicative about everything related to the projects. He shows up as expected while yet communicates when unforeseen circumstances occur which require his attention, which was a rarity. Most common is he follows his timeline and completes on or near the expected completion date. He and his crew may have a higher pricepoint than some, but the quality workmanship and peace of mind because of his commitment to quality product and client satisfaction of the finished product make that easier to handle. It’s been great having such a knowledgeable, straightforward, yet personable contractor and I look forward to working with Motor City Building again on my next project.

This company and it's employees are MAGNIFIQUE. My interior painting project was executed expeditiously.2day to be exact. The wall required many repairs which my technicians provided.My walls are BEAUTIFUL.Without this highly trained team I fear for my walls as I had another company come out prior to this amazing team. They were over priced, unprofessional, attempting to basically push me into hiring them, then I met with Richard and hired him on the spot. This is BY FAR I have EVER been comfortable with a contractor.

Richard and his crew repaired and installed drywall and did some plaster repair throughout my Mom's home. They also did some interior painting to assist in modernization of several rooms and hallways.
I was so very impressed with the Professionalism and Workmanship that was exhibited. They were so easy and pleasant to work with and performed the tasks quickly. I am excited to work with them again in the future on several other projects at some of our other properties.

Motor City Building, Richard and crew installed paneling throughout my basement living area and in the laundry room, installed vinyl planks for both basement living space, laundry room and bathroom, replaced old toilet with a newer updated modern one, replaced hot and cold shower fixtures all at an affordable price. Richard and crew did a great job and I would highly recommend them to friends and family and will be doing business with them in the near future.
