Terry Brodnik Group built a 4 Season Sunroom Addition on to my home. I could not have been more pleased. The price was fair, the workmanship was excellent and the communication with Terry was unmatched. Terry walked us through the entire process and explained all the details. Terry was hands on and the workers were polite, friendly, thorough and excellent at their craft. They all showed when scheduled and cleaned up afterwards. What more could you ask for? My husband and I would certainly use them again for any of our home improvement needs. You should too if you want your work done right with no hassles!

Working with Terry Brodnik Group was a breeze. Within 48 hours from when we had requested help, we had our siding fixed like new. Also incredibly surprised at how well the team patched it up. We came to Terry with a rough plan for a major remodel of our first floor and a lot of questions about adding a bathroom upstairs. He helped us turn those ideas into a realistic project within our budget. He communicated well, provided accurate estimates of time, and brought in reliable subcontractors. In the instances where we did encounter hiccups (subcontractor delays, missed punchlist items, miscommunication with subs, etc…inevitable on a big project), he worked quickly to identify the problems and resolve them fairly. We love how our project turned out, and we have already called Terry again for help with a new smaller project.

We hired Terry to build a new patio and fire pit area off of our deck and pool. They had to match existing exposed agg concrete around the pool area and the new concrete was spot on. It looks like it was all done at the same time even though they were done about 6 years apart. The concrete guys were extremely friendly and respectful of the area they were working around. They had to make a couple changes to the design on the fly and were able to do that with no issues. We are very happy with the quality of the product and would recommend Terry to anyone that is looking to have some concrete work done.

Terry's group came to my house on an emergency basis when a storm knocked down a tree onto my house.

I called on a Sunday morning and work of removing the tree and boarding up my house was completed by 5pm the same day.

Terry has been great to work with! He's always very kind and quick to respond. I've had his team out several times, most recently to install a home humidifier and replace the fan that had gone out in the furnace. They were very quick to come out and fix the issue.

In addition to that, we've had them help with installing our flooring, replacing our water heater, and repairing our garage door, to name a few things. Everyone is always great to work with.

He has done numerous projects for me to date from repainting my house and business, all the way up to building me a large climate controlled 2 car garage from the ground up.
