This company is wonderful to work with! Marcy made sure to keep us updated as to when the crew would be starting the project and when draws were due. The crew was punctual, polite, hard working and made sure to clean up at the end of each day. Hands down, the best company we've used thus far. We would, and have recommended them to our friends and neighbors and will definitely use them again in future home projects. Well done, Morrow Construction!

I hired Morrow Construction to build a ICF house in 2021. Jeff and Cameron appeared to be genuinely good people at first. But they took a lot of short cuts in building my house. I had put a lot of trust in their skills of craftsmanship and quality especially since paying their higher than most builders prices. I paid Morrow Construction (contractor) from Tipton hundreds of thousands $$ for a house that has many major issues. I am very disappointed with their work!! The vocal points of the interior house was built incorrectly. The fireplace is off centered, the ceiling beams were poorly constructed and placed in the wrong measurements on the ceiling thru out the home. Floor are sinking, walls are pulling away from ceiling leaving gaps and cracks on ceiling and walls. No pea gravel was placed around the forms drain system around the foundation. Convinced me to change pier support columns after our agreement and signed contract. Said it wasn’t necessary for all those columns that the prints called for. Cameron said it would be engineered safe to do it his way, and that I would save thousands of dollars . Well my mistake for trusting him. He never knocked a penny off the foundation price. I’m still paying thousands trying to correct their work. I am currently considering taking legal action to try and recover costs to fix their mistakes. I highly recommend looking into another building contractor than Morrows Construction in Tipton. This business might be better at simple remodeling but definitely not building a new constructed home from start to finish.

Marcy had been wonderful to collaborate with. She’s upfront about wait times and details the entire process. She’s responsive and nice. One of the few construction companies that actually responds and follows through!
