From the start of working with Red Diamond contracting, everyone was very kind and sympathetic to our renovation needs. Zach was a great estimator and was very kind impatient. Alex came out and met with me and took a look and was very honest and reassuring. He was always accessible and able to explain any questions or concerns that I had. He was also able to reassure me when I was stressed about how chaotic my house looked during the process. His team was awesome, efficient and took care of everything in a timely manner.. I would definitely recommend them and would also use them for any other projects. Thank you, Red Diamond for making this a stress-free process.

Sam delivered some materials due to one of the other guys being out, and he was so kind, prompt, and just a pleasure to interact with!

Had to have my mailbox replaced after the umpteenth time it had been nailed by snowplow. Called these guys about 2-3 years ago to get an estimate. Fast forward to today and contacted them again to finally hire them to do the job. They kept the price of the original estimate (which we all know things continue to skyrocket in price - I had figured it would have doubled) which stunned me. They sent out Sam Abbott today to remove the old mailbox & post and erect a new mailbox & post. Sam did an incredible job....and fast! Hire these guys confidently because the work they do is worth the money you put in it.

We hit a few bumps in the road with what we thought would be a pretty straightforward fix at my home. Alex took it in stride and made sure everything was correct before the job was done. We are very satisfied with Red Diamond. We had 3 windows replaced. From long skinny 7ft. windows to shorter-easier to maneuver ones. We received a reasonable estimate. Our General Contractor, Kyler, came by to go over our plans. He was always easy to contact if we had questions. The workers are very pleasant and hard workers. We are very pleased with the outcome. We even get complements on the improvements we had done.

The job was completed in a timely manner and with great workmanship. The superintendent, Kyler Overton, was fantastic and went out of his way to make things more convenient for me!

The Superintendent, Kyler Overton, was easy going, and cooperative. Kyler was always smiling, answered all my questions, and went with the flow to whatever changes I wanted to make on our journey of bathroom glow up!
I had an amazing work crew at my home, Gerardo and Omar for quick demo, clean up and support of my floors. Carlos and Guillermo, wall sanding, top notch painting job mirror and vanity installation.
My tile is straight, and beautiful thanks to their professional tile layer, Jonathon.
Overall, I could not say anything negative about my experience with this company. I plan on doing future work with them and urge anyone looking to do any work on their homes, to just call and speak to this amazing group. They will NOT steer you in the wrong direction.

We had a few hiccups but Kyler always reviewed the work and really did everything to make it right. Gerardo had an extreme attention to every detail while working and fixed up every unexpected complication at no additional expense from us. The painter, Maritza, left us all the extra paint if we ever want to match or touch up anything! This was a very hard-earned 5 star review, but they deserve it. Hopefully that holds some weight.

I had water damage to walls and floors. Red Diamond did a good job making the repairs. The project manager I worked with is Kyler. He is really easy to work with and good at Communications. I am very happy with the turn out of the project.

A tornado damaged our rental condos. Red Diamond did the interior work. They went beyond what was expected. They were responsive to our needs and concerns. Followed through on the timeline. We were able to get our renters back in their homes quickly. Thank you to Red Diamond and their teams.

Red Diamond has meet my expectations in terms of quality of work and far exceeded what I expected in terms of timeliness and communication. Bryan and Kyler were upfront and easy to work with. To put it perspective: we had hail damage to our cars and home. The first car is still at the body shop but the house is done! Wow!

Overall the work done to our basement looks good. My biggest complaint is the poor communication and lack of coordination. We had to ask multiple times when someone would be there next and what next steps would be. We found an issue with a missed vent after the project was complete and were told someone would be out to fix it. We were told yesterday that someone would be out between 5 and 7 pm and no one showed. Then we were told someone would be out today between 5 and 6 pm and no one is here again. My husband messaged the project manager with no response. Due to the lack of communication I will not be using red diamond for any of my future project plans.

We worked with Red Diamond General Contracting to make repairs in two bathrooms after we incurred some water damage. We first worked with Josh Barton (the estimator) who came to the house to prepare an estimate promptly and then worked with our insurance company. He knows the software that the insurance companies use and was very experienced in how to work with them. He also answered my calls whenever I called, or called me back right away. He always answered my questions (no matter how repetitive) and made me feel important. Once the estimate was approved we worked with Kane Myers (project manager.) Kane also always answered by calls or texts or got back to me right away. He made sure that all of the materials were at the house before the work started. He organized all of the subcontractors to make sure that the repairs went smoothly and timely. They replaced 2 bathroom floors, fixed some wall tile and completely redid a shower down to the studs. The workers were very professional, did a great job and cleaned up nightly. We are very pleased with the results and highly recommend Red Diamond General Contracting.

Red Diamond did an awesome job with giving my kitchen a facelift. Kane Myers did an excellent job as project manager, getting the various contractors there at the right time. It was great to have a company that would take on a smaller job. Those are hard to find.

PM Kane and his crew Chris and Jesus did a terrific job on my kitchen repair. They were on time and finished everything in one day. They even cleaned up very well once the work was completed. Kane was very responsive and worked with our schedule. We love the finish look and appreciated the fact that they treated our home well.

We had Red Diamond remodel a bathroom for us recently. I only have praise for this company. Our project manager was Cain. He was the best ever. He got us the bathroom we wanted in a timely manner, was always ready to go the extra mile to get what we needed, and stayed up with the progress. Our main contractor was Chris. He was a very hard worker. He didn't waste time. The only breaks he took were at lunch time. He was very particular about his work and didn't stop until the job was done to our satisfaction. We will definitely use this company again as they were great to work with.

He made sure to include.me in everything. He kept me updated. Everytime I call or text he responds. Red Diamond Contacting did a great job on my room. The staff were hard working, polite, and communicated well with me. The texture applied to my ceiling showed real craftsmanship. The crown molding set off the room. Kyler did a terrific job keeping the work going and ensuring a timely completion.

I am very pleased with the work that was done at my home by Red Diamond. I had a full remodel done on the front part of my house and it only took 1 month from beginning to the end. Kyler was always prompt to respond to any of my concerns as well as give me updates on the status of the project. All in all a 5 star review is much deserved.

The Red Diamond team under the supervision of project manager Kyler Overton, did a great job in demo’ing our old shower and floor and installing a new surround and new ceramic floor along with repairing the leak in the ceiling below the shower.
We also had them install lights in our garage and repair and paint the garage ceiling and door. They did and excellent job. The team were always pleasant and courteous. Their pricing was fair and we would use Red Diamond again.

Josh worked with us to bring our vision to life! He and his crew did a great job, were efficient, and the cost was exactly what we were quoted! Will definitely be working with them again in the future.

I can’t say enough good things about Red Diamond General Contracting. This company was professional, friendly, respectful, and very responsive. It is obvious that they have years of experience in the restoration and remodeling business. What started out is as a stressful situation (flooded kitchen and living area) turned out to be very manageable. The crew at Red Diamond were always kind and respectful. They did a wonderful job on my flooring, and the painting is very professional. Everything was cleaned up afterwards and my house looked like it was brand new again. I am very grateful to Josh Ehrgott for working with my insurance company and making sure all restoration issues were considered. Red Diamond did a top-notch job with a moderately large repair job at our home, which involved performing a ceiling replacement and bathroom renovation due to water damage. Nick was our project lead and he was consistently very quick to respond, patient, friendly, and has a genuine desire to help us be happy with the end result. The entire team that Nick brought in to perform each task was also very kind and hard working. I also appreciated the fact they are comfortable and experienced working directly with insurance companies. The result of their work looks great and we are very happy we chose them.

We called and Red Diamond sent us NICK as our project manager.(best of best) We had a LOT to get done from a water pipe break and lots of damage. The full basement got a super great awesome facelift AND. We would like to definitely add that NICK KELLY is the best we have ever worked with and he WILL be called for our next project! Nick and his crew did an excellent job laying laminate flooring and trim throughout my house. They went the extra mile and fixed a loose strip on the side of my counter top. I would definitely have them do my next job!

A pleasure to work with a professional contractor who are really good communicators. Nick the project manager made sure all the work was progressing and told us when things would be done and followed through. Carpenters and their work were top notch. The woodworking was excellent. We felt we got really good value and workmanship for the price.

RDGCI was an affordable, knowledgeable, and skillful contractor. I have called on them professionally and personally and would recommend them to any one needing service in the Indianapolis area.

I used Red Diamond for my roof repair after a hail storm in 2020. I talked with Josh, the owner, and he had a crew fixing my roof within a weeks time. Literally, that fast. The communication was quick and seamless, and the team did great work. I will definitely be recommending to my own family and friends.
