Heritage Painting just completed 2 rather large commercial projects for us recently and I couldn't be more impressed. The level of professionalism and thoroughness was top notch. Working with Chris through the quoting phase and Butch through the execution face was great. These guys really know how to paint and really know how to make their customers happy. FANTASTIC WORK!!!!! There isn't enough words to describe how this company changed my entire view of my home, I have been in for 40yrs! I fell back in love with my home! Chris arrived to give us an estimate to finish the project that my husband and I had begun. After some very honest conversation he shared details of rules they must follow that potentially would add up for us. Even after we all realized that renting some equipment and finishing ourselves Chris took the time to offer guidance and information that we needed to know. In a time when honest business seems hard to find “Heritage painting” would be the first folks I would call. We are grateful for their guidance.

Heritage communicated with us through every step of the painting process, so we knew what to expect. They were extremely professional in all interactions with us, whether it was communication via phone, email, or face-to-face. We are very pleased with the work that was done to replace and paint our external wood trim.

Both Chris and Cesar were very good! Neat, efficient and working the whole time they were here. There was a small spot on the banister that the finish came off through no fault of them but everything was done nicely!

We just had Heritage Painting paint the whole inside our home. It is so nice, our home was remodeled before we moved in, but still had builders paint. It now looks finished. Joel and Ignacio did an amazing job, so friendly, so professional, and helpful.

Heritage Painting did an absolutely fantastic job on the interior of my home! They painted both the trim and walls, and the results are stunning – it completely modernized the space. Our project went smoothly at first and we were very happy with the outcome. However, the boards around our windows were not caulked correctly which ended up rotting the wood behind it. This work fell within the warranty but we were unable to get Heritage to come and repair it in a timely fashion. We submitted the receipt of the work we had done and were told we would get a refund but I still cannot get an answer months later.

The whole experience was great! From placing the order, receiving the rendering, and having the very skilled painting team on site has been a fantastic process. The outcome is a significant upgrade as the painters brought to life and revealed the true beautify of the building, it truly is better than we could have hoped for!

This is the second time that Cesar has done work for us. He is very pleasant, professional and did a beautiful job for us. Heritage Painting is very easy to work with. They are now our go to company for all of our painting and staining needs.

Daniel Martin was our lead painter. Heritage was profession and easy to work with from initial contact until the job was done. The professional color consultant, Emily was very helpful, creative and accommodating. We ended up with a color that we love. She was also very patient as we as went through our usual "overthinking" it. The end result is beautiful, fresh and was actually a lot less expensive than I had thought it would be. When Daniel and his crew left there wasn't a scrap of waste left over. They did their job quietly and professionally. No drips or errant smudges anywhere! I highly recommend Heritage Painting.

I hired Heritage Painting to do a small painting job for me. They had previously painted the exterior of our home, so I am a repeat customer. I was pleased with each step of the job. The estimate experience was good with all my questions answered. I was pleasantly surprised that they did this job so quickly. Troy and Daniel were great to work with. They explained each part of the job and did quality work. They left the worksite very neat when they finished. I highly recommend this company.

Overall, we enjoyed our experience while working with Heritage and are very happy with the end result. Heritage painted the exterior of our home and in the process, damaged a few plants/trees (as to be expected while trying to maneuver ladders in tall and difficult places). Instead of being honest about damaging a 12+ year old boxwood, they tried taping the broken limbs with masking tape. We didn’t catch this during our final walkthrough and once we did notice it, heritage never responded to our concerns about trying to make it right. In all, they do a great job but be sure to inspect EVERYTHING before signing off on the end paperwork.

Edited to add: the owner ended up reaching out, apologized, and offered a discount on a future project.

We had such a great experience with Heritage. We wanted a very specific white wash look on our brick and Rafael was incredibly patient with us and our multiple swatch requests. Once we got the swatch right - man did they knock it out of the park. The finished product was beyond our expectations. I didn't think our house could look this good. We also decided as the project was wrapping up that we wanted a different siding color. They were extremely quick on providing a quote and getting it repainted. The attention to detail was really phenomenal as well - they spent a lot of time going over the work and touching up where needed. Our neighbors are now stopping us when we walk our dog to tell us how great the house looks. We are beyond happy and would 100% recommend!

I was very pleased with Heritage Custom Painting…Elisa, the lead stainer was very thorough while power washing our log home, and did an excellent job of applying the stain..It is beautiful..He wrapped and taped all windows and soffits..He was very cooperative when I asked him to do specific things I wanted done..He made sure we were satisfied with his work, and we were..! We had a little rain delay, which is normal during April…
My only suggestion is that I think somebody should have cleaned the window, since cleaner was applied to the logs and then power washed, which left the windows with residue and water spots, Which would have been greatly appreciated…I made this suggestion to Brent, the project manager, and he said he would let Jason, one of the owners, know of my suggestion..! Other than that my wife and I are happy campers…!

Our building had not been painted since it was built in 1985. Heritages managed things from estimate to final walk through in a timely and professional manner. The finished product looks fantastic with every detail covered. Drive by and take a look at 5230 S. Western Ave. Marion, Indiana.

Heritage Painting recently did a great job painting a portion of my new home. Project consultant Ashleigh initially came out, explained the various options, and quickly provided me with an estimate that met my needs. I only had a short window to complete the work before move-in, but project manager Brent scheduled it quickly and within my timeframe. Elias and his crew did a highly professional job with the painting and clean-up. I could not be more pleased with Heritage and would recommend them for anyone’s painting needs.

Rafael and his crew did a fantastic job finishing the rest of my interior rooms. I would recommend Hertiage Painters to anyone looking for an excellent company whose painting crews do an excellent work and in timely matter.

Heritage Custom Painting is fantastic! I high recommend! They painted our new house (walls and loft ceiling) so quickly without sacrificing quality. Every person we worked with during the whole process was knowledgable and kind. They were able to work with our crazy schedule and get the job done!

Heritage was very reliable and always on schedule. They always had the appropriate amount of man power and they were hard workers. Clean and efficient.

David and Eugenio did a great job on our doors and trim. They were polite and professional the whole time. They took great care in taping off our walls and hardwood floors to ensure no overspray happened.

Painting team did a very good job with my project. Everything was cleaned up after they were done. 3rd time I’ve used Heritage. All three times they did an outstanding job.

I cannot believe that this company is still rated 4.9 stars. Heritage was chosen due to these reviews to paint all of the interior and exterior of our new custom home. DO NOT BE FOOLED! If I could do 0 stars I would. After 2 years, I am still finding things that they did not do or royally screwed up. Over spray our new bathroom cabinets, painted the sides of our new upper kitchen cabinets (they tried to cover it up), they had to repaint all of our doors twice (they chipped some of the top of our 8 ft doors and none of the doors closed correctly after they re-hung them), and they stained but never sealed any of the exterior wood trim on the house for which I restained and polyed this summer!. I could go on and on and on. I also have pictures for proof and the letter that I sent the owner.

From the beginning to end with Emily selecting paint, Brent heading up the project and the crew leader Elias whom was in charge of painting, everything was done to perfection and on time. They were very clean courteous. Heritage did a great job on this project for me.

Four stars rather than five because most of the folks we worked with were excellent, but the process became confusing and rushed towards the end.

We worked with Logan for the estimate -- excellent, very professional, responsive. We worked with Emily for our color selections. She was knowledgeable and did a great job helping us choose colors that would coordinate and look good in the space.

Once we got on the schedule, things got a little confusing. The scheduler, Jason, did not provide a project contact person. By the morning of the day the painters were to start, we had not heard anything further since communicating with the scheduler almost a month before. I reached out to him to find out what time the painters were planning to arrive and was told he was "just the scheduler." Okay.

When the team arrived the next day, everything went well, but they left early. The next day, the company sent one painter to finish the job -- and the job was supposed to be done that day. We had to call the scheduler (again) to let him know that our painter didn't have enough help. To the company's credit, they sent three other workers in the late afternoon to finish up the project, but it was very rushed at the end, and we ended up having to do some clean-up. All the credit should go to the painters who worked really hard to complete the job on-time. I'm sorry they were put in that position, though.

We are happy with the final product, and despite the hiccups with the scheduler, we would try the company again due to the professionalism of the painters, Logan, Emily, and the company overall.

The prep these guys do is extensive. True perfectionists. We have soffit repainted, wood trim, garage doors and shutters repainted. They replaced all rotted wood and everything looks brand new. We always will use these guys for exterior painting. They have also done a wood fence, our metal fence and our pergola. All looked new once they were done.

Heritage Custom Painting is an outstanding partner of Tipton Community School Corporation. They recently painted our tennis storage building and the results were outstanding-the company did high quality work and used our favorite color Tipton Blue!

They were courteous, prompt, professional and did a good job. I have used this business before and I would use them again.

I volunteer at the Kokomo Howard County Public Library at the South Branch. I was there when the painters came to paint the library. It was fascinating to watch them use the scaffold to reach the high ceilings. They were good at patching the wholes they found in the walls and the ceiling. Many of the patrons have complimented the new paint job and how nicely it was done. There were minor issues when they were painting the bathroom areas, but the painters did their best to keep that at a minimum.

Heritage did a great job on our interior office painting! An issue came up at the last minute and they didn’t miss a beat and completed the job on time. Many thanks to Adam and the crew!

We have an old house and 4 building in total. None have been painted in over 20 years and was in dire need of fixing up and painting. We are across the street from a very elegant neighborhood and our place looks brand new again. Amazing work

We had Heritage Painter for the Day. Cesar was the painter. He was on time, and very professional! He took great care in bringing in materials, moving furniture, and painting. The men doing the painting were very nice and courteous. The painting was completed in a timely manner and was very thorough; looks great. The reason I did not give a 5 star rating is because once the ceilings were painted the plastic was removed from the furniture. When the sanding was done on the walls dust was created and landed on my furniture and floors leaving me with clean up that I should not have encountered.

We had our stair railings stained and cabinets painted, the new look completely elevated the interior. Heritage was very professional, friendly, and fast. We will use them again.

We recently had Heritage paint our living room which has vaulted ceilings. The paint job looks spectacular and we are thrilled with the final product.

We initially got a quote from Logan who is great! His customer service sold me on choosing this company. He is fantastic at what he does and doesn’t just push you to buy a service or product. He helped inform me and truly understood our needs.

Once we signed the contract the next steps went smooth with putting down a deposit. It was after this point communication got a little rocky. I was told we would hear from a project manager on ordering paint and getting everything slated for project day. It took me reaching out a few times to finally get someone in contact about paint. The paint was then supposed to be delivered to my house according to our designated PM. When I text after a few weeks of never receiving the paint the PM said he was no longer on our project and someone else would reach out. I never heard back and decided to follow up with the main office a week later. I informed the office I hadn’t received my paint and didn’t even know who my PM was or any other details about project day. Caleb told me he would get to the bottom of it and thankfully he did just that. He figured out that the paint actually was delivered to the office and our project was still on track. He answered all my small questions leading up to project day.

Overall this company experience has been fantastic, it just seemed there were a few hiccups with communication between the front end and final stages. All in all I am pleased but would like to have more clarity leading up to my project for future work.

They painted our exterior and I would say they did an excellent 5 star job. They have done our interior in the past and another 5 star job.

The crew were very professional. Did excellent work, they worked hard and completed the project in a timely manner. They were both very thorough to make sure everything was taped off and no paint got anything that it wasn't supposed to. They also made sure that everything was painted thoroughly and had coverage. They were easy to work with and made sure we were happy before leaving. They were very kind and respectful workers.

We had a wonderful experience with our crew. There was even a small area that I didn’t realize wasn’t part of my original estimate and they still painted it for me. The crew was great to work with, polite, quick and did such a great job. We love our new color. It made our 150 year old house look 100 years younger.
