I previously used Morgan Conley Roofing to reroof my flat roof with TPO. That was 7 years ago and it still looks great! The company was a pleasure to work with then, so I knew exactly who to call when my main roof was damaged by last year’s hurricanes.
Mr. Conely promptly came by to address the wind damaged shingles on my main roof until the roof could be replaced. The TPO was unharmed by the winds.
The process was very easy. It was smooth from start to finish.
Mr. Conley provided me with different options that I could use and which options that would work best for me. He kept me updated on every detail and promptly returned text and calls when I had questions about the project.
Mr. Conley and his team are very efficient and their work is superb. My new roof looks amazing, and with the new hurricane straps they installed, it’s also secured.

Morgan earned a 4-star review for having good communication, being prompt as could be with some weather related delays, and his transparency regarding what was best for the job (ie, materials and ROI).

Although there were a couple hiccups, he responded well and resolved in a very quick manner including going out himself to resolve a missed part of the project on the part of the initial crew. That above and beyond is what earned the fifth star. Projects almost always have hiccups and his resolving it so fast and without question is top notch.

They arrive right on time were extremely polite worked quickly and completed the project leaving everything looking better than when they arrived. The roof is beautiful. The pricing was better than I expected.

Do not use. He came out after a storm and checked on our roof and said he was going to fix it. They did a few shingles and said they would come back out. They took pieces from our soffits and now will not reply to messages or when they do reply, they say they’re gonna send someone out due to him being out of town But then it never happens. This has been ongoing for months.

Morgan Conley Roofing and Repair does far more than roofing. This company also does renovations and mold remediation. They showed up when they said they would and communicated throughout the process. I can whole heartedly recommend this company.

I can’t even begin to tell you how upsetting this experience has been for me with this company. I am in the construction business and always honor the pricing that I give customers. I could not imagine quoting a price and then deciding to charge a customer more because I did not do my due diligence.
Morgan was hired by my contractor and agreed to our budget ahead of time. However, after completing my job, he nonchalantly informed me that he was going to need to charge me “a little more money”. When I asked him how much(because I am firsthand aware that things do come up), he informed me that it was over $2000. I told him that he needed to talk to the contractor because I did not agree to paying him more than what was budgeted and agreed to.
His reason for charging me more was because he apparently never bothered to come to my house and estimated in person. I had done a small 5x8 addition on my house and added a small overhang on the front porch.
I specifically confirmed with the contractor that he had come by physically to see the house, to ensure we wouldn’t have any problems. We were nearing the end of the remodel, and the money was limited.
What is most infuriating is that Morgan had more than enough time to inform us BEFORE starting the project that he planned to charge more. He himself came the day that they dropped off the dumpster. It sat in my driveway for a week and then they worked on the house for another week. At no point did he mention that he had not estimated the square footage correctly and planned to charge more. If he had told us before starting the project, we would have found someone else. He has now put a mechanic lien on my house and expects me to pay the additional money that was never agreed to. Completely unethical.

When my mom needed to find a company to fix the siding on her chimney, after a hurricane, in 2022, she called several companies and Morgan Conley Roofing was the ONLY one that called back. He came out a day or two later, inspected the issue and fixed it right then. He then inspected the roof and told my mom that the roof was aging and it would be time soon. In 2023, during an intense thunderstorm, my mom heard dripping. She called Morgan Conley Roofing same day and he came out and there was a leak. So he scheduled a time to install the roof, brought over shingle samples, was extremely thorough in the process and when the days came to install the roof, his team was AMAZING! The roof was installed in two days, the team was so professional and polite.

Most honest company and the roofing business that I have ever done business with. Mr. Conley came out, gave me a quote. Prior to that I had three other quotes Mr. Conley walk me through the whole process gave me his recommendations very trustworthy. Best decision we ever made to put a roof on our house, there was no hidden charges. Clean up crew was fantastic. I just can’t say enough if I could give him 10 stars I would. I just want to say thank you from a very satisfied customer.

Definitely use Morgan. I called him after a storm a couple weeks ago. Lost some shingles on the roof. He and a crew member were out within a few hours and took care of it. He’s very down to earth and helpful.

My lawn guy called me today around 1:30 to tell me I had shingles down from last night. I called Morgan Conley Roofing at about 4:10 to see what he can do. Because he was worried about rain tonight and tomorrow, he was able to fix my roof for an extremely reasonable price by 7:00! It looks like new! Communication was excellent! I cannot recommend him strongly enough!

Morgan was friendly on phone booking estimate appointment and scheduled himself to come out next day. After looking on the roof for a minute he told me, we needed a complete chimney rebuild, even though he could not show me any damaged shingles or wood. Just kept repeating it was "done wrong". When I started asking questions he got angry and told me he didn't even have time for this repair or me asking questions. Unless you just want to be told what to do with no explanation DONT CALL. Even after all that he never sent me an estimate.

I needed a roof repair done within 10 days for the sale of my house to go through. I called several companies. Many of them did not even respond to me for 3 days. Morgan himself called me back within 2 hours. He sent someone out the next morning to assess what needed to be done. The repairs were done within my time frame and I received an electronic invoice containing pictures of the repairs. Which I could easily email to my real estate agent. Morgan was responsive, he and his crew did quality work within my timeframe, and seemed to be reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them.

I'm grateful that God put great people in my life to get us through unfortunate times. Morgan was solid from the very beginning. He was always in constant communication with us. He exceeded our expectations with both our roof and living room. He is also licensed to do interior work. He repaired our living room, and it looks amazing! I called them and they were out within 20 minutes to help with my roof issues. They were able to quickly patch a sudden leak and provide a fair and comprehensive quote to do long term repairs. They came highly recommended from a few friends of mine and I can definitely see why! Very pleased with the support we received.

I’ve never posted a negative review, but in this case I feel very cheated. Morgan repaired our sunroom roof last December. It started leaking again several months later and he sent one of his employees to repair it. His employee went up with a tube of caulking and said it was repaired. It started leaking again soon afterward. We contacted Morgan, and after several attempts, he said he was too busy doing a commercial job to come by. Finally he told us he’d stop by on Monday. He never showed up. We tried contacting him one last time but he never responded. Meanwhile our sunroom is still leaking, and we’ll have have to pay another roofer to repair it. We strongly recommend against using his services.

Hiring Morgan Conley was one of the best decisions I made with repairs to my home. I will definitely use this company again when the time comes to replace my roof again.

I had 2 other estimates besides Morgan and they wanted to replace part of the roof and charge me about $1600. Morgan's technician came out and discovered that it was just a piece of flashing that had to be resealed and did it at no charge. I'm hoping that Morgan can do some gutter work that I need. It's great when you encounter an honest person. He'll be the first person that I call if I need any future repairs.

Morgan and his crew were able to quickly and effectively get repairs done on a roof for an inspection needed for insurance. He is prompt and professional with communication. I’ve already got plans to use him when we need to replace the entire system.

We got our chimney and a small part of our roof around the chimney repaired. I can not recommend this company enough. They were highly professional and personable. Updating my review because I am livid and this is ridculous. Since we had him do our flat roofs, we've had nothing but issues, leaks and no response from Mr
Conley (for years now). Do not use this company because it will be a waste of your time, money and patience.

Called to get the flat parts of my roof replaced and they showed up and got the job done in a day. They were respectful and cleaned up everything. They even brought my recycling can back up to my house! My roof looks amazing and I couldn't be happier! Highly recommend!
