Juan--as well as Hector and Alison--have been fantastic to work with. Their work is exceptional, the prices are fair, and the attention to detail is better than nearly any contractor or professional I've worked with previously.

We have hired Moreno's for multiple projects now, and each time they have done the work in a timely and professional manner. The fence/gate in the photos are gorgeous in real life as well, and the workmanship is exceptional. We are having them add a full length fence to the back of our property because their work is so good. I'd post those pictures, but the job is literally in process. They are also incredibly kind and personable, easy to talk with and relate to.

A few things that set them apart:

1) no job is too small, or too unimportant. We had a small patch of concrete that needed to be poured at a rental property and they took on the small job and did a great job, which has led to bigger jobs, which they've handled even more competently.

2) Juan and his team always clean up immaculately after themselves.

3) There is a high level of craftsmanship and pride in their work. This really stands out, and is greatly appreciated.

Juan and his team are true professionals. I had them level a sunken living room and they did an outstanding job. Work was done on time and the quality of work was outstanding. I'm so happy that I'm having them come back to update both bathrooms.
