My husband and I recently purchased a home in East Haddam Ct built by Morecon builders. We have moved eight times over the coarse of 43 years . Dealing with Sal Morello was by far the best of all those experience's . He is professional, courteous and available any time we needed him. I can not say enough about the quality of our home . After closing Sal still made himself available. Anyone building a home or buying one built by Morecon builders will be in great hands.

The finishes are impeccable, and I appreciate the high standards evident throughout the home. The custom backyard fire-pit, stone entryway, and beautiful retaining wall—were just some of the bonus features Morecon Builders added to the property.

We absolutely could not be happier with our new home and experience with Morecon Builders The entire process from design, to start, to finish, to punch list was a pleasure. Sal and his team are an awesome to work with. They welcomed and initiated creative and challenging ideas, clean and meticulously, and made sure every element of the end result was to our complete satisfaction. Today we have live in our dream home Sal would be our first and only call.

The Morecon Builders team made our home building process seamless from the start. Sal explained every step from the beginning and maintained transparency throughout the project with weekly progress emails and photos.

The design process was simple and customizable with many high quality finishes and options to choose from where other builders charge as upgrades.

We love our new home! Sal and his team have been great to work with! They have always been there to address any issues and concerns and have made the process easy. I worked closely with Sal and our experience here was an easy and smooth one. All of Sal’s team have been awesome in communicating things and they continue to do so!
