Sean-Michael arrived at the scheduled time. He listened to my concerns and did a VERY thorough inspection of my attic ventilation. He even busted out the thermo camera! He made a few suggestions but said none of it was necessary, but would help. My ventilation is adequate enough, so no work "needed" at this time. I would not hesitate to call Moose roofing again should the need arrive.

I was recently in the market for a new roof and contacted several companies, spoke with a few representatives, and collected multiple quotes. Still, I hadn’t decided. That changed when I noticed my neighbor—whose house is directly behind mine—having their roof replaced.
What stood out to me was how efficiently and professionally the Moose Roofing crew worked. They moved with purpose, kept the site clean, and carried themselves with a level of discipline that really impressed me. I walked over to ask about the company, and the foreman kindly handed me a business card. Later that same day, I received follow-up call from someone in their office (I think her name may have been Allie) . The person I spoke with was courteous, professional, and made me feel comfortable enough to book an appointment.
Shortly after, I met with their appraiser, Mr. Ruppert. He inspected my roof, pointed out the damage, and explained the entire process in a way in which any layman could understand. Throughout the entire experience, Mr. Ruppert was prompt, respectful, and professional.
Once the work was completed, he walked me through what we’d call an after-action report—explaining everything step by step, showing me the finished product, and making sure all my questions were answered. I was more than satisfied with the results. Moose Roofing delivered outstanding service from start to finish, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of roofing work.

I always have a great experience with Moose! They are definitely customer oriented and treat you like family. We have had our roof replaced twice due to storm damage in the past 10 years, both times we used Moose. This most recent replacement went smoothly! They handled everything with our insurance including fighting for a full replacement, and even added a special twist to our new skylight. Because insurance wanted us to use our existing skylight, we were all worried about leaks. I also mentioned that our current skylight heated our bathroom too much in the summer. They purchased one with a solar remote to adjust built in blinds! How cool!
Once everything was approved they completed their work in one day with minimal to no mess. We appreciate the hard work that went into this process. Thanks Moose!

I never leave google reviews but I had such an amazing experience with Nate Vasquez and he deserves a shoutout! I have had a bad experience with roofers who have came to my house in the past but Nate put all my skepticism at ease. He was personable, energetic, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took photos and videos of my roof and gave me honest answers as to what my next steps should be. I have trust in Nate and his team and when I do need a roof replacement, I will 100% be calling him.

Austin did a great job identifying the solution to my hot upstairs bedrooms. He did a thorough analysis and sat down with me with photos showing me exactly what was going on with my roof and ventilation. They do more than just roofing, Austin is very knowledgeable about proper attic ventilation which can make a huge difference in house temperature as well as getting the most life out of your roof. Identified improper bathroom ventilation causing water condensation in the attic. Austin did a great job. Communication was excellent. They use modern tech to really provide a great explanation of what your home needs. Will be reaching out to Austin again for any roofing needs.

We had 3 very reputable local companies inspect our roof and gutters. We decided to go with Moose Roofing after Josiah and Elijah presented how their process would work. VERY impressive. The product was delivered on time a few days before installation, and the crew showed up bright and early the day of installation. Their crew and staff did a wonderful job and had the tear-off and install completed in 1 day! It was magical to watch. Their clean-up was magnificent. We found out the Moose really DOES know how to roof! Go Moose!

I would definitely do business with Moose in the future. They were wonderful assisting with the insurance piece and they were in, got the entire roof replaced, cleaned up and out all in one day. The work they did was top notch. You'd do yourself a disservice if you don't consider them for your project.

Moose Roofing earned my business from the initial meeting with Rob and Bob. Super nice. Personable. Professional. And they also took the time to explain/educate what they were seeing with my roof. Which I always appreciate in a contractor. That they don’t just talk at you and expect you to take their word. Also, Moose Roofing is huge supporter of Omaha Supernovas/Women’s Volleyball (which, if I am being honest, sealed the deal for me lol) Moose may seem pricey but the price comes with more than just a new roof. As I said before, they educate you about your roof and products they are using. Their team responds right away to calls/texts. They are very communicative during the job. Mark, the project lead, was updating me on the job frequently. He was super friendly. The crew did a great job. And Rob, salesman, came to the my house on day 1 of the job and walked up and down my street to talk with my neighbors to make sure they knew who to talk to if debris/trash ended up in their yard. My experience with Moose Roofing was better than I could expect. They went above and beyond in every aspect. Highly recommend them.

Had a great experience working with Moose Roofing after hail damage to our home. Our assigned PM, Robert, made the process seamless. As with many projects, we did have a few challenges; however, every concern I had was handled with great communication and actioned by the team. Highly recommend!

A friend of my son's started working at Moose Roofing, since I have been planning on having the roof replaced, I asked my son to see about an estimate. Michael and Danny came and inspected my property and did a very thorough job. They checked all the attic areas both in the house and the garage, took pictures of problems and explained the issue and possible remediation for each. They brought shingle examples to show and explain differences with each shingle type. Recommendations were made about which shingle would perform best, talked about ventilation in the attic areas and gave ideas for that. Basically, they provided common sense approaches to get me a new roof that will last longer and deal with the crazy weather we experience here in Nebraska.
They listened to me when going over costs and adjusted the quote to fit my desires. The installation process was well documented, then, the job was run as documented, the people I worked with were extremely professional, hard working and pleasant. They found a problem with some siding above the roof line and even fixed that for me.
Brady oversaw the project, reported all the progress and any information that was pertinent to the project. Brady made certain that the bad siding that needed fixed got done and done right. The entire crew did a great job, the installation looks awesome, they went over the lawn around the house many times to insure the nails were taken care of, my wife even commented that they went above and beyond our expectations. We are extremely pleased with the roof.

Had a great experience replacing our roof with Chris who went above and beyond considering how difficult my insurance company wanted to handle a hail claim. Kudos to Chris for figuring out how to get the claim handled and the roof done to perfection.

Sean-Michael was very kind, informative and respectful when coming to my house to inspect a bathroom vent leak. He explained everything very thoroughly, even physically showing me examples on my house and the neighbors homes to reference and explain how everything worked. Sean-Michael came out yesterday and did an inspection after our recent storm. He was able to explain everything in the process and answered all my questions.

Having years of first-hand experience navigating the severe weather (high-winds and hail especially) in Omaha, NE, we knew working with a local roofing contractor was essential. After all, we would have little-to-no recourse if we contracted with an out-of-state roofing company and they replaced our roof incorrectly or cheaply.

We engaged with Moose Roofing to meet our criteria of working with an Omaha, NE based company. From beginning the insurance claim process to the new roof installation being completed, we have experienced only professionalism.

It is clear Moose Roofing and their personnel prioritize maintaining high standards and educating their customers. Our sales representative was Sean-Michael. He began the process with thorough, 3D animated models detailing information about modern roofing technologies and the installation process. We learned about the significance of proper ventilation, the differences in the types of shingles, the steps roofers can employ to ensure roof longevity, and ultimately how all these things converge to protect the significant investment we as homeowners have made in our residence.

The Moose Roofing personnel guided us through the whole process from managing the insurance claim, picking out the shingles, picking out the gutters and downspouts, and picking out the ventilation, scheduling the damaged roof removal and installing the new roof, scheduling the gutter and downspout replacement, inspecting all this work with multiple parties, and now aiding us in finalizing the final insurance payment. We also get a fantastic warranty on the materials and workmanship!

This entire process has given us peace-of-mind and mitigated so much stress. We are thankful we choose to work with Moose Roofing. I give them 5-Stars and the highest recommendation!

You need to teach these idiots how to drive. 2 of your logo vehicles and another white Ford wagon following them. First truck merged fine. Second vehicle stayed next to me until his lane was ending. Then he sped up and got around me. The wagon that was obviously with the other 2 Moose vehicles went around me on the shoulder and in a turn lane. Then all of them got off at the next exit. If these guys can't figure out how to drive correctly, imagine the terrible work they would do on your roof. That the customer may not see until it's too late. These guys are representing your business around hundreds of potential customers doing stuff like this. Not a good look.

The owner and I had another couple of conversations. This guy gets it. I can see why they have the great rating they have. He wanted to know what happened and never asked me to change my review. He investigated what happened and who the guys that were involved. He had a meeting with them today. I hope they understand the ramifications for the entire company when they put that Logo shirt on. And especially when they get into that Logo vehicle. You are repesenting your fellow employees as well as the entire company. Thank you for looking into this and I don't imagine these guys will be driving this way again.

We have had fascia replaced on two sides of our house by this company. Both times we were very pleased with the service. They were timely with everything and were easy to work with. The workers left the area clean when they were done, and they did good work. They didn't try to upsell us and their prices were competitive to another company that quoted us for the same job. We will be going back to them in the future.

Moose roofing gives excellent service. They replaced my roof and gutters from the wind storm last year 2024. Fast work and handled everything with my Insurance. I just had a couple gutter extensions put on after this Winter. Pat, Jeremy and Andrew worked together and completed it quickly even though it was a small job. They did it for no additional charge as well. I can see why Moose roofing has been voted "Best of Omaha". Thanks Moose Roofing.

Very thorough and took their time to explain everything they found on the roof and the process to replace including timeframe. Took their time to answer all questions and show us shingles to choose from. Handled all the insurance problems that came up and helped to get the correct things paid for. Showed up on time and the roofer team worked hard and very professional. Cleaned up after the job and it was an excellent experience for us. Would highly recommend them to others.

Jon Pickar came out today to look at a situation we had with a roof leak. Very professional young man asked questions reviewed our concerns took videos of the roof and the attic. Upon review our situation is a HVAC repair not a roof repair. We were impressed with Jon’s knowledge and review of what was going on. We would recommend Moose Roofing definitely.

Would recommend Moose Roofing 10 out of 10 times. Rob was excellent to work with, he identified gaps in our initial insurance claim and worked with my insurance company for over 6 weeks to ultimately help me get a supplemental claim of more than $5,000. Communication was excellent from Rob and Mark and Bill. This company went above and beyond to replace our roof and clean up and leave things better than they found them.

Tanner Siu has been great help throughout the process in all aspects (dealing with insurance, facilitating the project and keeping the project moving as smoothly and seamless as possible). Overall, my experience with Moose Roofing has been great and I have nothing but good things to say about the company. Would recommend them to everyone for their roofing needs.

I have mixed feelings about Moose Roofing.
To begin, they are definitely friendly and efficient. They did a great job on our roof. However, it took FOREVER after paying the deposit to get scheduled. In addition, they had to come back several days later to finish the gutters. i dont know if they just forgot about that part or what. But it did eventually get done and looks great.
However, our roofs decking unexpectedly needed replaced. When I was told this, I tried getting ahold of my insurance for prior approval and could not reach anyone. I told Moose Roofing I did not feel comfortable signing to continue the work as I did not want to be financially responsible for the additional work. They had someone call me and that person informed me they "have never had anyone denied before." And, if I didn't sign that day I would get put back in the back of the line to be reschedule.
Being stupid and feeling pressured to not have my roof open to the elements, I signed the papers. Now, insurance has denied it and i just had to pay Moose Roofing $15,469 out of pocket.
I was diagnosed with a rare form of sarcoma cancer in April and as such have obviously had health problems and had to get out of work several weeks for surgery and treatment. The storm that damaged our roof also took out my car. Between all of that and now this, I am financially stretched to my max. I had to take a loan out just to pay them.
While I am frustrated mostly with insurance for the denial, I do believe Moose Roofing should feel some empathy and responsibility for making us feel forced to sign immediately or wait "months" to get back in their schedule.
Oh well. They are paid and happy so that's all that matters to them.
Again, they did a good job but i just do not believe they are trustworthy.

I worked with Rob Price to go through the entire process and choose products which was done very effectively on the front end. Both crews that replaced my roof and gutters were efficient, courteous, and clean up was very satisfactory . I mostly appreciated the customer service start to finish from Rob and the project manager, Bill DeLano, and would highly recommend Moose Roofing to anyone in need.

Topher & team (including Aaron, Chris and Mark) provided excellent customer service & gave great attention to detail, communicating and keeping the job moving. Love how nice my roof looks now!

By far the rudest and most unprofessional company I have dealt with.
First off Gaybe cancelled our initial meeting and had to reschedule. 2nd appointment he shows up 30 minutes late to the adjusters meeting. Absolutely poor communication the whole process and rude responses from Gaybe throughout. Decided to go with a company that knows what they’re doing so I called to cancel contract. $1998 for 2 meetings, a bogus estimate, and lackluster communication. I’ll pay my bill but I’ll forever trash this embarrassment of a company. The business manager was the rudest out of the bunch. Especially when I called to cancel. ABSOLUTE TRASH COMPANY. Plenty of legitimate roofing companies don’t have you sign a contract to meet the adjuster. They may bill for their time until you sign a contract to start work but that’s obviously not your business model. I hope whoever reads this understands that if a roofing company wants you to sign a contract just to meet the insurance adjuster, just go with a different company and keep you options open and don’t be naive like I was. Go with a company that you feel comfortable with that won’t pressure you into signing anything. Plenty of quality roofing companies out there that have better work practices/people skills. I can’t wait until the next storm comes around and people are looking for recommendations on roofing companies. I’ll makes sure let them know my experience and who to not go with.

Super rude. Times are hard for many. I was at gas station filling up as I was on empty and my old vehicle burns oil. I didn't have money for oil.
Moose roofing pulls up and asks if they can buy my gas. I was like yes!!! Amazing! I had already ran my card as ALL pumps are prepay theses days.
After offering to help and making me feel special and happy he says oh you already paid and offered no help for oil or a prepaid gas card. A company that disrespects people like that especially military veterans really hurt. Better not to offer than to have your word mean nothing. After months a person from moose roofing reached out saying they would help only to do nothing again. Talk about hurt on top of hurt.

Moose Roofing was very thorough and provided good explanations to us.Tony and the crew did a great job today with the warranty work and helped fix the loose fascia boards that fell during the install. Tony kept me up to date and showed finished pictures of the roof deck vent work. Above and beyond - Thanks!

4/30/2023 When things go wrong is when you can tell how good a company is by how it responds to problems. The job that Moose did for us went wrong, and they responded poorly.
We took hail damage in June 2022, and Moose came out in July 2022 and pitched the job, and we signed a contract on July 18, 2022. On the last day of August and the first day of September 2022, they replaced the roof. We had also contracted with them to replace the gutters. This is when things went downhill and pretty much stayed in the ditch. The gutter people first bought out 4-inch gutters instead of 6-inch gutters. Then, when they did replace the gutters, the installation was below par. My wife was constantly after Moose to get this fixed, but it was an uphill battle. The installers left cigarette butts, bottle caps, nails, metal bits, around the yard. By way of compensation, Zach, Moose Roofing, verbally said they would give us a $300 credit, which we never got. After six months of trying to get things right, we finally gave them a “Certificate of Completion” which was dated January 27, 2023.
Toward the end of the process, while we were waiting for insurance claims to be settled, I became wary of my dealings with Moose and had questions I wanted answered. The first time I asked questions, they were ignored, or the answers were non sequiturs. I do not care to repeat myself, but since I needed the answers, I was forced to ask again. I finally pried answers out of them, but I do not think I should have to work so hard to get the answers.

I found a low spot in my gutters and asked Pat four times to fix this problem. So far, he has not even had the courtesy to respond to what is obviously warranty work. He will just let the warranty expire and then say I waited too long.
He also said they would help with the insurance company to indemnify me for my overpayment of our out-of- pocket expenses, but that was just lip service also. Now, he will not answer my inquiry about how to get this money back. It is a lot of money, but not enough to chase him legally for it, and he knows it.
