Talk about a wonderful company who not only does exceptional on their work. But super fast at getting it done. Wow I wished I could give more than five stars.. definitely. Definitely. Definitely use this company if you need any kind of roofing done.

I called Moores because I had hail damage late 2023. Jeremiah said I had hail damage so we turned it in. Insurance company sent third party out to check the roof . The young kid who came inspected the roof was very young. He had his mind made up before he walked up the ladder to even check the roof. About 6 or 8 weeks later they said I needed half a roof. The insurance company estimate was all out of my pocket. I asked for a company person to come out when my roofer was there.I am retired and had time and willingness to pursue my justifiable claim. I ask Jeremiah Moore if maybe they were right. He said no, you have hail
damage on the whole house. I was more determined I had found the right roofer at that time. Sometime went by and the company finally agreed I had a justifiable claim. I am glad I chose this local company that stood with me when the going got tuff.
They completely stripped off roof and three layers of felt of the roof. Replaced four boards of decking which wouldn’t have been replaced if they hadn’t stripped it down to the decking. Jeremiah suggested roof vents, which I said yes. Him and his crew were TOTAL PROFESSIONALS the whole two days they were here. They cleaned up both days Meticulously!! My wife even said WOW those guys care about their work. Jeremiah came buy third day to check Completed job and take pictures.
Told me call with any questions. The whole time during this process he stayed in touch with me.
I AM SO GLAD I USED THIS COMPANY. It’s like going back 40 years when people still cared about service which is a dying animal these days.

Friday morning I emailed Moore’s Roofing and requested they inspect the roof on a small home I own in the Fargo area. That afternoon they had a crew in the area doing some estimates and had them drop by the house to see how severe the leak was and how extensive the necessary repairs might be. After inspecting the roof, they determined it was a minor problem, got out their equipment and did the repairs right then and there. It took them about 20 minutes to tack down some shingles and seal the edges with some silicone. These people had no work order, no signed contract, nothing except my word in an email to them. They did not know me from Adam, I was just some guy 500 miles away in New Mexico who said he was good for the bill.
These people are the epitome of true professionals! I highly recommend them to anyone in need of any type of roofing services without the slightest reservation!
