Moore Lumber & Ace Hardware Bailey

Lumberjack Scotty was extremely kind to me and my 7 children. He asked to take turns petting them . After that my kids took turns petting HIM. He then took them into his “Cool Party basement” and left them there while I shopped. This made the experience very comfortable as i didn’t have to deal with my annoying children barking at me. He was a bit hesitant to return my kids as he wanted me to have the best experience, but they were banging the door, so I had no choice but to take them Overall great experience and my kids are speechless with how fun the basement was!

This place has TON of stuff packed in here, if you need something go check it out. Very helpful folks.

I loved walking through the store and finding so many different and interesting things to buy. It wasn't just a hardware store. Up stairs there's lots of fun items too.

The only thing missing is a couple of chairs and an empty barrel with a checkerboard on top waiting for players. This Ace hardware is our go to place for everything home related, including dog treats. If I can't find it, Dawn or one of her coworkers knows where it is located in the store.

This Ace is the place, been doing business there for years. Dawn is the number 1 employee and knows what great customer service means.

Dorie and the team do a great job! Had the cleaning supplies and universal air compressor kit I needed. Craftsman is a brand I’ve trusted since the 1980s. Priced just right and able to order online and pickup in store just a few minutes later. I have never had an online order fulfilled that quickly. Usually plenty of free parking and no line at checkout. Team is also happy to help people that don’t have construction or agriculture experience with home projects. Saved me quite a few trips to the city. I don’t think the prior tenants did any maintenance to my property. It’s great to have a local shop that has basically everything the big stores down the hill stock.

Staff is here is super friendly and helpful. We got our trek decking here and come often for home improvement projects.

It's always a good experience to shop at Moore Lumber in Bailey. All the staff is friendly and knows where everything is.

They always go out of their way to be helpful. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is they sometimes don't have everything that's available at the Pine Junction location, which is understandable given the limited space they have.

Great, small town hardware and lumber yard. Please support them if you're in the area or just in town for the day.. down town Bailey, Co., across the highway from the Conoco.

Linda the cashier... Where to begin. Worst customer service in the store. Was so disrespectful I actually left the store. For sure will not return. This is the second time I've felt with her and she is the the most disrespectful person I've met here.

Terrible , owner reached out and asked me send an email with an invalid email!!! Keeps getting sent back to me.

I'd give this wonderful hardware store 6 stars if I could. Somehow they seem to always have just what I need and the prices are very reasonable. Then there's the staff. Nicest crew you could hope to find AND they are very knowledgeable. They've been a lifesaver many times over.
