Tim saved the day!

SRP notified me that my panels were not producing power in Oct 2023. The original installers... they told me my service contract expired Jan 2023...they wanted to charge me a $250 'truck roll fee' (they also installed a severely inadequate_underpowered system just to get a sale).

One of the installers I called no longer worked for the original installer due to their nefarious & underhanded practices. He recommended Tim.

Tim not only diagnosed a faulty inverter, he determined it was still under warranty! He worked through all the red tape and procured the warranty replacement inverter.

IN ADDITION: I also hired Monster Framing to remove and replace my panels because I had a new roof installed. The tech was on time and extremely fast & professional. He safely stored all my panels on my back patio. When my roof was complete, my panels were reinstalled quickly and efficiently. Time then set up the system and i was again producing power (for the 1st time since Oct 2023)!

I WISH I had used Tim and Monster Framing for my original panel purchase and instalation!

I rarely write Google Reviews. To be honest, I'm rarely impressed enough to do so. Let me make this easy for you: if you live in Arizona and you are looking to get solar, work with Monsters Framing. They are on time, do excellent work, and stand by the quality of their craft.

But that's not where it ends for Tim and Monsters Framing. For me, they literally turned a nightmare scenario into an incredible experience. My roofer did a poor job, and I had to have my roof replaced. I won't go into detail, but Tim and his team helped in ways I never would have imagined.

It is so hard to find someone to trust when it comes to working on your home, but you can trust Tim and his team. I cannot give them a stronger endorsement. Call them now!

I called Tim to help me out on my solar panels cause I had some problems for previous Solar Company came out and found out some of my solar panels weren’t connected and he took care of all that and he was friendly and very helpful and what I needed. I called him quite a few times Help that I needed and he took care of it so I highly recommend Tim and his company to help you out and all your solar needs

Came in to finish a job from a previous contractor that went bankrupt. Was fair and improved on the job from the previous contractor. Great communication. Kept me informed every step of the way. Would definitely recommend them to anyone that wants solar.

Having had solar in our previous home I have experience with another solar company. For our new home we elected to go with Tim and Monsters Framing. In a single word I can say they were FANTASTIC!!! The system is 10kw and the installation was beyond professional. His pricing is fair, the technology is excellent and they are super clean at the job site. The system is up and running and generating excellent wattage! Tim takes the time to answer questions and train on the use of the web app. I strongly recommend Tim and his team for any solar needs. Top notch in all facets of the job!!!

Monster Framing installed solar panels on my roof and set up the solar electric system to my home. They also framed, built and painted a wall for a studio in my garage. From the start, the management and construction team were very informative and friendly. Each of the workers went out of their way to make sure the product was successfully installed and worked properly. They were fast, efficient and nice. What more could I ask for? Highly recommended!
