I called Monroy for a leak and they did such an amazing job and were extremely fast. They gave an honest evaluation and fair price as well. Will definitely be using them again in the future and would recommend them!

Monroy put new siding on our detached garage and aluminum over the window frames and fascia. They were very efficient, did a nice job, and were on time. They were also one of the lowest estimates we received. Overall, great to work with, will use again.

Botched chimney flashing repair

I hired Monroy to replace my chimney flashing that was leaking inside the house and causing water damage to the wall in an upstairs bedroom and my living room below. The job also included caulking the J-channel that ran up and down the entire chimney. Jeff charged $2950 for the job and had a man named Carlos come do the work. Carlos missed caulking a section of the J-channel which is leaking into the house now. After another day of rain the original flashing leak is still leaking so I consider this a complete failure. I had already had the inside wall tore open so I can clearly see the leaks.

Jeff has stopped returning my calls and texts so he has no intention of making this right. If they don’t get it correct the first time you’re screwed.

We had the team complete a large roofing project and some trim work.

Very satisfied with our kitchen and bath flooring, and bathroom vanity install project from beginning to end. Prompt response from the office as well as Jeff ( the project’s supervisor). Jeff came within a few days of our request and responded quickly with an estimate. He scheduled the work within a few days, while also working with our schedule. Jeff was very professional and accommodating, and also easily available by phone and text. He and the workers always arrived when he said they would. The workers were very polite and worked diligently. We are impressed that Jeff responded immediately to a minor fix that we discovered after the final payment. Knowing that he is in charge of a project, we would definitely use Monroy for future projects and would recommend them to others. THANK YOU JEFF and the guys!!!

I called Monroy on Friday 12/23/2022 when 2 of our facia boards were either blown off or hanging loose by the snow storm blizzard the night before. The owner came on time to provide us with a quote on Monday 12/26/2022 despite Christmas falling on Sunday and Monday could be a day off to observe Christmas. Because the facia board area is about 50 - 60 feet above ground, and their ladder could not reach that high, they had to wait until snow clears off the roof, which happened today, Thursday 12/29/2022. Their crew came on time, performed the work. We gave them a check and everything was done.

They are on time, professional, no high pressure sales (like some other companies that came to provide us quotes), no drama. Just did what they are supposed to do. Wonderful experience. We have anther property that may need some roof work, and Monroy will be our first call.

Our old roof was in terrible shape when we bought the house a couple of but we hoped it would get us through the winter. It did not. Even in December, Monroy’s Owner came out to give us an estimate the day after we called him.
