It was a pleasure to work with Monastery Roofing on our roof replacement project. From start to finish Ruben and his team offered a first-rate overall customer experience. They provided a great value for price in delivering exceptional workmanship utilizing the highest quality roofing materials including showing special care and concern working around and protecting our property’s landscaping and plants. We hired Monastery Roofing to replace shingles on the garage & breezeway roof. Also to remove 2 skylights from the house roof and put plywood down & shingles. From the first meeting with Ruben to go over what we needed done to the completed project very professional. We asked for 3 separate estimates to determine if we wanted all projects done or just the roof. Within a week I was emailed all the estimates & was very happy with the total cost. Very reasonable. So much so we had them do everything we got estimates on. Also no payment was required until project completed. That was then followed by a contract to be signed electronically. Very good customer service. I called to make a change & was told no problem that the change would be made & I received a new contract within a day or two. The actual project day work was completed within that one day. Showed up at 7am punctual. Crew did an excellent job of pickup. Never even knew they had been there! They made sure materials were picked up & used the magnetic sweeper for nails. Provided their own dumpster. Would recommend to family & friends needing a roof done. They also replaced as per the contract some wood clapboard that needed replacing. Could have had new skylight put in, but we chose to cover instead. Very happy customers.

We recently had the siding on our entire house replaced by Monastery Roofing. They did such an excellent job! The crew was very professional and hard working. We could tell they were very experienced and their attention to detail was amazing. We are thrilled with how our house looks now and would hire them again in a second.

Ruben and his roofing team were highly professional throughout their work on my project (new shingle roofs on house and garage). I was particularly impressed with Ruben's attention to detail and timely responses during each step - site visit, detailed estimate the next day, responsiveness to the special aspects of our project (mitigating mold under the roof sheathing), timely updates about scheduling, and the care demonstrated by his team from the time they arrived until final clean-up.

Phillip, the crew leader, did a great job of keeping me informed - particularly when addressing my mold concerns and confirming it was restricted to just the area around the chimney.

There were no "up-charges" to the original estimate which was much appreciated. Monastery Roofing has my highest recommenation!

Found Monastery Roofing via Angi and Ruben showed up on time for the quote and walked me through the options. I hired the company to completely remove the old shingle siding from our 100+ yr old 3 story, then put on new Zip System sheathing, tape the seams, add Tyvek wrap, and then side the house with the Alside Ascend Composite siding. I visited the local distributor first to check out colors and we went with Cape Cod gray. The work was done well and Ruben came by at the end to go over the project and promptly fixed the 2-3 very small details (mostly aesthetic) that I requested, and did so with a smile and professionalism that I appreciated.
Bottom line: I'd hire them again and I've received compliments on the look of the new siding.

I bought my house and ended up in a really tight pinch needing shingle repair to keep my insurance. I had several different people lined up to help me but none of them pulled through to get the job done.
When I called Monastery Roofing I was greeted by a live, friendly voice over the phone. Ruben came out the very same day to take a look at my roof and see what he could do.

I recently had a roof repair done by Monastery Roofing, and I’m very satisfied with the results. The quality of their work is excellent, and their pricing was reasonable. They managed to fit me into their schedule quickly, which I really appreciated.

The only downside was that they were not always prompt with their arrival times. Overall, I highly recommend Monastery Roofing for their great service and fair pricing!

Elvia, Dario & Reuben were all courteous & professional to work with. Our job was a small one - getting metal roof and skylights checked, cleaned and sealed for winter. It was done thoroughly and we are hoping they will become a yearly part of our lives.

Monastery Roofing is the best! First, Reuben took extensive pictures and did a complete evaluation of the roof when he did his initial assessment. He determined that we had extensive hail and wind damage and actually discovered two places where we had holes in our roof. When we received our quote from him, he identified all of the places where the roof had failed due to wind and hail, noted the holes in the roof, and provided us with a full photo diary of the issues with our roof with everything circled in red. That led to our ability to file an insurance claim. When Reuben's team actually took off the shingles, the damage was even more extensive than the insurance company had first estimated. The other three roofers who came to do an estimate, walked on the roof, measured the square footage, and gave us a price.They were all higher, their estimates were incomplete, and none of them noted or documented the damage caused by wind and hail. One roofer just looked at the roof from the ground! Second, Reuben's team was professional, courteous and joyful! They arrived on time, and went above and beyond to make sure the job was perfect. Our roof is very large and complicated; it has numerous angles, an octagonal gazebo roof, and we had mold that had set in due to water damage. They knew what to do at every turn. They removed plywood where they had to do so, worked quickly when it looked like rain was moving in, and even did our siding job where the walls had deteriorated due to the water damage. Lastly, you will not find nicer more hard working people than Monastery Roofers. They have an amazing work ethic, finished the job, and even came back to ensure that we were completely satisfied. There is no other roofing choice! Monastery Roofing is by far and away the best!

Work was done efficiently and promptly. Workers worked very hard. At night everything was put away and out of the way, the crew treated me with respect and answered all my question. Rueben always answered my texts promptly and my questions too. The house looks beautiful with the new shingles. I am very pleased.

Ruben and his team were very professional, communicative, and fairly priced to install our new gutters on our house. We greatly appreciate their ability to get this project done promptly during what I imagine is a very busy season for this work. Their team was also able to preform soffit repairs while installing the gutters which was a spectacular inclusion. Great work all around and we would definitely work with them again on a larger project when we eventually redo the roof.

I called for a small gutter repair job. The work was well done, but the service was outstanding. I had an estimate from another company which never showed up and failed to return multiple phone calls. Monastery Roofing not only communicated in a timely manner but gave this small job the same attention and professionalism that would be expected for a major project. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of gutter/roofing work.

Monastery Roofing was great! They were patient with our process of getting solar panels taken off before they could work, communicating in a timely manner . As soon as we had a date for the panels to be removed they scheduled the job within days. They were careful to be sure we knew what the materials they would use, very high quality, and double checked them with us before beginning work. The team went to work right away and work fast and hard, completing the project quicker then we expected. They left the property immaculate.

Their bid was the lowest out of six we received and was adjusted even lower after the job was done.

We hired Monestary Roofing to place aluminum on all of our trim and install vinyl soffits as well. We wondered about the company as their on-line site had some misspellings. That said, we called for an estimate and Ruben was very responsive. Their estimate was competitive and they weren’t booked too far out so we hired them.
