We needed help during the snow storm. We had no heat. After waiting from 8:00am till just afternoon for Paschal to show up they ended up canceling my appointment so I called Mohr. Mohr now has our business. Thank you so much for the excellent service.

They are only interested in making a sale. They don't check the breaker size before installing a unit too big to run on it. AFTER installation, they will tell you they can't do anything electrical and you have to hire an electrician to rewire. They also didn't take measurements correctly bc the inside unit was too big for the closet it was installed and the installers had to FORCE it to fit. The closet door doesn't even close right now. By the way it wasn't a simple mistake to install a 100 amp unit on a 70 amp breaker. Make sure if you use these people, you know something about HVAC bc they don't. I didn't and we fell for the pitch hook line and sinker.

Service professional was knowledgeable with the equipment. He was very courteous and explained the steps that were needed to repair my unit ..Five stars…..

Wayne and Dillon did a great job. They took time to explain what they were doing and how everything worked. They were both a pleasure to be around.

Mohr is just the best. We had so many issues with our older than dirt unit. The guys kept it running for as long as it was safe to do so. When it got to the point where it was time to replace, Mason and Jay really broke it all down, explained everything, and helped us find the right plan for us. Quick, efficient, and reasonably priced. You can't really ask for more than Mohr!

I’ve been a Mohr customer since I moved to Searcy and have only gotten great service. They do my preventative maintenance, they’ve installed a new unit and replaced all my ductwork and everything has been so smooth and timely. Mason has been so easy to work with, Phil has been a great service tech, and their installation team was fast and took care to clean up after themselves so well.

Best experience and always exceeding my needs. I have been a customer for 3+ years now and they have never disappointed me. Great staff.

We had a frog decide to fry our board and fan motor. It was a long hot week. But Mohr had a mobile unit that became available, that they lent us. Phil was our main technician, he came out on the initial call and tried everything he could to get a/c going for us. Unfortunately we had to order and wait for parts to come in, but he was back out doing absolutely everything he could and setting up the mobile unit when one was available. Britney in the office is also very helpful and patient (because boy did I call her alot and ask many questions). I look forward to seeing them in the fall to check my furnace and clean the duct work of our new hone down here in Arkansas.

They were very responsive to the fact that we had no heat, and it was really cold, sending a man all the way from Jonesboro to clear up the problem, which he did.
