We used Modern Roofing on one our roof replacments. Garrett and his team delivered on every thing he said they would do.
We used them to fix leaks for about 2 years before we installed the new roof and they made it easy to manage my leaks and kept us dry. Modern Roofing is the Real Deal. It was a pleaseure to get to know them and will use them in the future. Great Job Guys!

These guys are the real deal. We had an emergency on our 100 year old building and they came out and buttoned up the roof immediately so that we could stay operating. And instead of charging us a fortune, it was very reasonable considering the work that needed to get done in a timely manner. We ultimately chose them for the final project as well because we knew we could trust them. In an industry full of scam artists, this local company is one of the good ones.

Modern Roof Co assessed the roof damage, estimated the cost, ordered the materials to be delivered, and applied for the permits in a county they usually didn't work. They started work when they promised and despite weather challenges, finished the roof, scheduled the final inspection (it passed) and left the property clean and in perfect condition. The owner of the company, Nic, came out and toured the property with me prior to the start of their construction. Our company had damaged and unsafe roofs hatches on a five building multifamily property. Modern Roofing responded immediately with suggestions and an estimate. We ended up getting new roof hatches and safety railings on all five buildings. The work was done in a respectful manner not to interfere with the residents. We used Modern Roof Co. to repair an EDPM roof. They did a fantastic job! The roof will need replaced in the near future, but they did extend the life of it for a couple years. When it is time to replace, we will be using Modern Roof Co. They are friendly, professional, and responsive!

Nic and staff are professional, thorough and just overall a get it done group. They clearly define the scope of all projects so that there are not surprises and that client is fully informed of project. We have used them on multiple buildings (industrial and multi-family) and they do great work.

The crew was there when they were scheduled, responsive to questions, cleaned up well around the house and did a great job on the roof! The project manager was very attentive and even came by when it first rained to make sure the gutters and downspouts were working correctly and checked the roof.
