We have had the best experience with MRG! Tim and Jenn are so knowledgeable in every detail and get things done so quickly and efficiently. They worked closely with our insurance and stayed in contact along the way to ensure we knew what to expect. Couldn’t be happier with the result as our house looks brand new with the new roof, siding,etc. look no further if you need anything done on your house, they are amazing!!!

It was amazing how my new roof was installed in no time , Tim an his crew did an amazing and professional job
the communication with my insurance was key for approval I’m still waiting for my siding to be installed and I have confidence that the installation will be done also professionally

Working with Tim and Jen has been extremely rewarding. Tim knows roofing and siding replacement down to every detail and building requirement. He also knows the way to work with insurance details so as to get the very best cooperation. Our job would not have been successful without his knowledge of the workings of the bid processes, the county’s codes and general optimism and congeniality.
I would recommend Tim and Jen to anyone, and their honesty goes along with that.

I’ve got a cabin in Utah that had some issues with it’s roof. I live in Minnesota, so it wasn’t easy choosing a contractor that I could trust. After vetting a few contractors, I chose to work with Tim and his team to complete my project.

I knew I made the right choice when I got out to visit my cabin on a vacation and I got to see the finished work. It was exceptional.

His communication throughout the insurance process was great.

I would highly recommend Tim Heinz and his team for any service he offers.

I’ve been thinking about getting my roof done for a while now, and thank goodness Tim knocked on our door! I’m usually home one day a week cause of my job and don’t really have time to try and figure out my roof situation, but Tim helped me out and took care of basically everything, even dealing with my insurance. He’ll keep you updated with everything as well, so if you’re a super busy person and need your roof done MRG is highly recommended!

Had a great experience with Modern Renovation Group! Tim really helped us through the process of not only picking materials and gathering quotes for various roof expansions, he really helped us work with our insurance company to minimize our cost. Demo, work, and cleanup was completed quickly and professionally. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or do business with Modern Renovation again!
