We are Green Vista Roofing, a Florida Roofing Contractor out of Nokomis FL, I’ve used Modern Metal products for many of my clients in SWFL and all of them love their products! They offer a 50yr warranty on their materials and are a 24ga metal, not 26ga like their competitors. They also are the only manufacturer I’m aware of that offers an aluminum Spanish style panel for the aesthetics of a tile roof, but the durability of an aluminum roof for homeowners right on the salt water. Give Modern Metal a call and ask for Keith if you’re a contractor looking for a superior product to offer to your clients here in Florida!

Worked with a guy named Keith over there and he was extremely rude to me. This was a product I was going to use on my personal roof in Sarasota, Florida. Didn’t realize this was an out of state company who would be rude when asking if they had the proper approvals to work in Florida. Do your research
