I hired Modern Construction Concepts LLC to build me a new front deck to my house. He provided the upmost professional advice and workmanship. His crews worked timely , were respectful, stayed on task and provided professional expertise to the project. I have hired many contractors and have to say this has been the best project. Jason is a contractor who will take care of your concerns, build professionally and will acted in my behalf to insure I had a beautiful finished project.

Hard working, always on time, good to work with and Jason is a perfectionist. We have had water damage in the past with mold growing and he came right out and accessed the situation and got it all fixed and cleaned up faster and better than I could myself. I would definitely give him a shot at whatever you're dealing with.

Would recommend this contractor, Jason. He remodeled my kitchen last year and remodeled the upstairs along with bathroom last month. Both times he communicated the process, the costs, and his crews were on time and also communicated well with me.
