Customer Service Isn’t Dead! I wish I could give these guys 10 stars—Nick, Donovan, and the whole team! Long story short, I was visiting from out of town when a part on my truck failed, leaving me stranded. The service team at Modern Auto went above and beyond to find the necessary part and get me back on the road - in record time! I'm so thankful these guys had my truck - they actually care and work as a team to find a solution. I will definitely do business with them whenever I'm in Washington.
