We are so thankful to have had Gerry come out to our location and work on our 2008 Damon Day Breaker RV. We had been having an electrical problem and had it in to another RV repair facility twice. Each time they thought they had corrected the problem but hadn't. We once again had the same issue while on the road and Gerry came out and FINALLY found the actual problem...a faulty distribution panel. It took quite a while to discover the source and since it was a holiday weekend, there was no time to order and install a new one. Instead, Gerry was able to re-configure the box to safely get our refrigerator, AC and lights working. He has a world of experience & knowledge and truly saved our holiday weekend. His charges were very reasonable and to top it off he's super nice. Thank you Gerry.

We have had Jerry work on our RV several times! Never been disappointed! He does what he says he's going to do, when he says he's going to do it. He is honest, fair, extremely knowledgeable, on time and great at what he does!
Thank you Jerry!

A great guy with a lot of knowledge on the different systems in RVs. He's been able to fix everything I've needed in my travel trailer and now truck camper.

Good communication, reliable, and honest. Would recommend to anyone looking for repairs or upgrades.

Memorial Day 2023. Lock on trailer decided to break. Wouldn’t open but luckily we have two doors and it was stuck in lock position. Said he would come out on Memorial Day and he did. Gave me a price per hour and stuck to it. Lowest price to show up and didn’t overcharge because it was a holiday. Taking the lock out turned out to be more difficult than he expected. He did the job with a smile and a kind disposition without destroying the door. Fair and honest and keeps his word. You can not ask for anything more in your RV technician. 5 stars across the board

Great service and 1/2 the price of a dealer. Can’t say enough good things about him. If you have need of an RV repair this should be your first and only call.

Jerry has helped us out with our trailer several times. He has done work for us himself and even gave advice over the phone for a couple of DIY repairs.

Jerry is the best. He keeps our rental fleet on the road and does it at a better price than the dealerships would. He’s extremely knowledgeable and can self diagnose a lot of issues over the phone so we can get quick fixes in place and keep moving.

I have had the privilege to work with Jerry in the RV business for several years so I would recommend him without reservation. He knows what he is doing and talking about. He has great integrity and top of the heap customer service. Most RV technicians major on repairs and would only minor in people but Jerry is a great mentor, trainer, and customer service leader. He has helped me solve customer’s RV issues more times than I can count, and I have seen him many times interact with my customers. They get along with him every time. I would always follow up with them on their experience and every time they dealt with Jerry it was 5 stars. I now work outside of the RV business yet still have moments when I give people his name. He is not the only RV business I know in this area but is one of the best.
One of my favorite moments was when I was with Jerry out at RV training event and after he spoke to large crowds he stayed for long periods of time answering questions face to face. I could see his passion for people and how much he wanted to help them solve their RV inquires. Needles to say he was invited again and was a huge hit. He also agreed to do some YouTube videos with me on RV repair and had great feedback. He loved helping people even when speaking those many years ago was outside of his comfort zone. That first time after he spoke I stood with him in the circle of people just listening to him. I was already convinced about him, but the people and their response were even more proof. I was right in asking him to join me at this event and teach the crowd. Now his is a natural when he is asked to speak or just meet a new client, connect and then solve their RV issue. Now that he is on his own doing mobile repair It fills a gap in this market that is so needed.
He may not be the only mobile RV repair Guy in the area, but I can tell you I would recommend him. He has already been out to help people I know who are in their RV full time.

Service questions
1. Should I stay home during roof replacement?

It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
