Escobar Construction refinished and repainted our kitchen cabinets. They took our old worn out cabinet doors and painted them a beautiful white and installed brushed gold handles. The crew even took the doors home with them to paint so that our house was still livable and didn’t smell like paint. Our kitchen looks brand new. Highly recommend Escobar Construction.

We hired Lainer to refresh a small bathroom at a rental property. He did a wonderful job! He payed attention and completed everything we asked. He was timely in completion and he showed up consistently until the job was done. There were a few fine details I asked for him to clean up and he was happy to do so and made time for it right away. Escobar Construction just finished work on my house. They took down my old, rotting deck and replaced it with a new, modern look, a new stair case, and cable rails. Additionally, his team power-washed all the moss around the home, fixed a broken fountain, laid out new gravel and dirt, as well as jobs inside the home. The quote was extremely reasonable, and I appreciated the commitment to make everything right for me as the homeowner, rather than nickel and diming me for extra money. I will definitely be calling Leiner's team for any future jobs, and recommending to my friends in need of a contractor.

Leiner and team did a fantastic job! We started with a Master Bath remodel and eventually getting our house ready for sale. Additional projects included tile flooring in secondary bath, new molding, painting rooms, and plumbing update. David and his team at Es-cobar have done several projects for me now.

Initially, we hired them to do a full remodel of our master bathroom including removing a wall, creating a larger custom shower, replacing all flooring with heated tile, new plumbing, lighting, vanity, and paint. Their work was exactly what we wanted and the entire crew was super friendly throughout the process. Once they had finished, we discovered one very minor item we wanted changed and they came back to fix it the next day. All has been perfect since.

We have since used their services to remove an external chimney, replace siding, patch/texture/paint drywall, and also clean the roof of our rental home.
