JCC Concierge did a very very good job. I was there often to take care of the yard. The various tasks were done well and the workers were nice and overall did good work even under very warm conditions. We had good communication and conversations with JCC. They were very willing to correct or follow thru on problem areas. The price was very reasonable. I give them 5 stars.

Working with Scott Miller, Blake Frazier and the JCC team was an indescribable experience. We had to sell my parents home back in April of 2025 and I was completely overwhelmed with what it would take to get it ready. Not only did JCC Concierge completely transform the house, they were incredibly patient, highly personal, and really took time to walk us through the process from start to finish in a way that I could fully understand and make the best decisions possible on behalf of my parents.

Blake and his team did an absolutely phenomenal job updating my their home. What started as a house we honesty thought was a teardown, was transformed into a beautifully finished, modern masterpiece thanks to their hard work, vision, and attention to detail.

They completely redid the interior, finished the basement, and even repaired a major hole in the structure and added new siding so we could sell the home at a much more competitive market value cost. On top of that, Scott, Blake and the team went above and beyond the agreed-upon scope, tackling additional exterior projects to make sure the home showed at its absolute best and stayed true to their no change order guarantee.

Thanks to their exceptional work, the house sold for $1.8 million… an incredible $800,000 more than we ever expected. We’re beyond grateful and can’t recommend JCC, Scott and Blake highly enough! The entire team was a pleasure to work with’

Worked with JCC Concierge on a listing of mine in Kent and I was so impressed with the product. They were able to complete the work on time and below budget. When an issue arose prior to closing that was outside the scope of work that JCC Concierge had orginally proposed, they jumped right on it, got the issue resolved, and charged my seller a very fair price, (even with the unexpected charge, we still ended up well below budget.)

I was impressed with their communication and process throughout. There is a definite need for a product and service like this in the real estate industry and I am happy to have found JCC Concierge. Looking forward to doing more work with them in the future!

My wife and I had intended to sell our townhome "as is". Scott provided pictures and documentstion on how JCC Concierge had worked with homeowners to upgrade their homes and get a greater return on investment. We were provided with weekly progress reports and photos of the ongoing work. The work was completed on schedule and under budget. The homeowners were originally planning to sell their property "as is", with an estimated value of around $750,000. I knew the home had more potential, so I brought in JCC Concierge to explore options. Their renovation bid came in at $141,000, and thanks to their transparency, project management, and excellent customer service, we moved forward with confidence.
They delivered on time, on budget, and with incredible results.

The transformation was stunning, and we hit the market with a list price of $1,050,000. We received multiple offers and ultimately sold for $127,000 over list price. At $750,000 the seller’s net would have been approximately $695,000. Even after paying for the renovation, the seller netted over $950,000…an additional $255,000.

JCC Concierge was better than hoped in updating and freshening a 1925 Queen Anne home that had become a bit worn, led by Scott Miller and Blake Seelbach. In very short time (3-weeks) and on time and on budget to what they bid -- they and their terrific crew replaced knob & tube wiring, repaired and repainted throughout, replaced the stove, laid carpet in basement, replaced the upstairs bedroom decking, and even located and fixed a basement leak not in the scope of work! And their clean-up crew left the house spic and span, ready for staging for sale.

Net result: because of the JCC Concierge Team's beyond excellent -- and timely -- work, the home was listed at $200K MORE than the realtor would have done "as is"; and then sold at $264K OVER asking!! Their cost was more than covered. My client the owner was thrilled as he netted more than he had ever hoped. And the buyers love the house. Plus the entire team was courteous, professional, friendly, and excellent to work with.

JCC Concierge delivered when the realtor and everyone else doubted they could. They are tops! Hugely impressed.

Can't recommend the team at JCC enough. They make it easy for a seller to maximize the value of their home and reduce the inherent stress that comes with remodeling a home you intend to sell. As an active real estate agent, I am always looking for ways to ensure my seller's have every option at their disposal. In many situations, there may be a significant amount of money a seller could gain on their sale with just some basic repairs or remodels. Our realtor introduced us to JCC Concierge as an option to increase the value of the house that we were planning to list and sell. We had a complicated timeline and the house needed a lot of work, including a brand new roof and cosmetic repairs to the flooring, walls, etc. There was just a lot of little stuff that wasn't up to par, too, like a broken gutter, unscrewed vents, bad caulking, ugly doors. Our pets had really gone to town on the place. JCC Concierge was really up to the task, though, and worked with our realtor and lender to nail down a snappy timeline that allowed everything to come together. We were presented with options (I was already impressed that it wasn't taken for granted that we were going to go all out, but instead they really understood that sometimes that's not the best value for the house) and decided on what would give us the best return.

Can't tell you how happy we are that we took the leap of faith. JCC Concierge was amazing from start to finish. At first, I was daunted by the price of the scope of work (you do pay for expediency and convenience), but it was more than worth it -- I was really, truly impressed not only with the level of communication but most importantly the fantastic final result. I've worked with contractors before and I was prepared for them to stick pretty tight to the scope. But instead they really treated the house holistically -- they did everything in the scope of work but also touched up or fixed all those little things that I didn't expect them to. When I walked into the house after they were done, it looked like a whole new space (and I really didn't want to sell it anymore, lol). I didn't find a single flaw in my walk-through, and all their color and material choices looked classy and made the space seem bigger and lighter.

Altogether, this is just such a cool service to provide, especially for homeowners like me who really thought it was beyond our means. They raised the value of the home and really made the space shine like it probably hasn't in years. And I felt at the end like I could really trust them, if I ever had other work I needed done.

I had my house renovation through JCC Concierge. I was thrilled with the job that they've done it in a short timeline that they promised. My house changed into a beautiful and gorgeous house. It attracted to everyone who came to see it. I wished I found them sooner. It would saved me ton of money and work that me and my boyfriend put into it before knowing JCC because I planned to sell it only did the interior painting without updating many things 6 months earlier and my house only got a low ball offer. Of course I turned it down.
JCC and team are professional, on time and good communication. I got my house updating through their build book every week while they were working on it until it's done.
I had an knowledge and experience realtor agent.... in their team who helped to sell my house in a week, I didn't get the price that I asked for maybe if I waited a little longer to have more offers OR if...... agreed with me to put the price higher then the offer would come to the price at the beginning we set for? who know what will happen. A reason I took that offer because after the first 6 months before JCC remolding my house was on the market and couldn't sell that gave me low confident and didn't want to go through it again.
I recommend JCC Concierge to have your house renovation and sell through.... after. I would use them again in the future.

I do not recommend this place unless you are only interested in flipping your house. If you are a homeowner, I highly discourage it.

I will summarize what I experienced in 3 things
1. Terrible communication (red flag for such a big project)
2. Rude and unprofessional behavior
3. Fear estimate on relatively easy work

When we met for the estimate walkthrough, he was already 20 minutes late. He showed up and asked us what we wanted. As a couple planning to live in this place long-term, we wanted a thoughtful approach to the renovation, which involved demolishing a wall and making significant layout changes with multiple options. But we just started one layout we were thinking out to start the conversation and for the detail consideration for different options, we were thinking that we could do it over email.

When he asked for our requirements, we listed everything we wanted and were prepared to cover the costs. However, when it came to resizing a window in the new expanded kitchen area, he kept emphasizing how complicated the work would be, involving siding and exterior updates(which is already we are aware of). In contrast, other general contractors and friends who recently completed kitchen remodels shared a very different perspective.

There were numerous instances of him being extremely rude, but the most notable issue came out while we were talking about the payment plan. He insisted on 50% of the estimate upfront and the remaining 50% upon completion, without ever providing a high-level estimate for the remodeling on-site. I've never encountered such terms, especially without knowing the costs of cabinets and materials. I offered to pay for all materials and tools upfront, as well as additional fees to cover demolition and block his calendar for our work. I also suggested weekly invoices for the remaining work. Alternatively, we could explore other payment options, but agreeing to 50% upfront at the first walkthrough without getting an actual estimate and knowing what materials he would use seemed unreasonable. He further told me that this was to cover the material, demo, and to see "if you have the ability to pay that." This statement was just straight-up rude and unprofessional.

Afterwards, I checked his website, and it seems their business model is more focused on flipping houses with minimal layout changes and repeating the same work, rather than considering clients' needs. I truly believe communication is the most important aspect to look for, especially in home remodeling. They may claim to guarantee timely execution, but their communication is horrible and unprofessional.

If you are a homeowner who really cares about your place and wants to actively communicate with the firm to rethink your space, I would not recommend this company. Horrible experience and fear-based estimates walkthrough. Do more research for your own sake. There are better companies that can work with you and your home.

This was my original review... please see addendum at end. Went from 5 stars to 2.

It was a pleasure working with Scott and JCC. They were able to come in and assess what my dad’s 1981 house needed to be attractive and functional to a buyer to get top dollar. They were professional, on-time, and responsive. While they are not the least expensive firm out there, the quality of their work was excellent. In addition, they were able to address last minute issues that arose and solve them really fast so that our listing date didn’t get pushed. A real plus was that Scott’s team was always on call and available for anything that came up. They were able to do added landscaping and tree limb removal. On a day’s notice, they were able to get a team in there to replace and repaint a large amount of rotted wood that was discovered a week before we were set to list the house. On top of that, Scotts’ team had a good eye for design and structural changes that added to the overall value of the house. The remodel that they did allowed us to list the house at a much higher price netting us a sizable profit.

Just a quick addition: After selling the house, the new owners contacted us a few months later detailing the " shoddy" work done on the house and threatening legal action. While we disagree with several of their assertions, it appears some of the work done by JCC was substandard, particulerly the repair of the rotted wood, and because they only guarantee their work for 30 days, neither we nor the new buyers have recourse. So, buyer beware.

A trusted family advisor referred me to them after my mom passed away, and I needed to sell her house along with make a few small upgrades to the primary bathroom. Everyone starting from Scott to all of his packers, movers, stagers, construction crew and administrative folks were absolutely stellar to work with. They all made a very emotionally difficult process go much smoother, and I am very thankful. MY mom’s house sold in under 24 hours which was such a huge weight off my shoulders. Working with Sarah, Michel and JCC Concierge was a great experience. They helped put me in touch with all the right people to get what I needed done. Their help with clearing the garage and replacing the carpet was especially appreciated. Michel even found paint to match the most of the interior, so I could do quick (and easy) touch ups! In the summer of 2021, we decided to sell our townhouse and chose Nolan Vance and JCC Concierge to assist us. We took advantage of the concierge service to prepare our townhouse for sale. They did an amazing job with painting, laying new flooring and updating the kitchen and bathrooms. All was accomplished in a very timely manner. After doing an incredibly beautiful job of staging the townhouse, it was ready to be listed for sale. Based on his expertise Nolan helped us decide on a reasonable selling price.

Less than 24 hrs after listing our townhouse, we accepted an offer that was more than 7.5% above our asking price. Nolan and JCC Concierge were great to work with! They communicated well and made the whole process so carefree. This was the second time Nolan has helped us sell a property, and we would not hesitate to call him again in the future. The JCC Concierge ownership and the managers/supervisors were knowledgeable, insightful, honest, courteous, and willing to listen. The team was extremely hardworking, always pleasant, and willing to put in the extra hours, always with the end goal of meeting prescribed timelines which appeared to be faster than the typical general contractor. Their changes to our 1986 built home brought a modern touch and feel that appeared to appeal to the ‘current’ buyer. JCC Concierge has stated they stand by their work, an important consideration in this day and age. Overall, aside from the normal contractor-homeowner bumps in the road, the experience was satisfactory.

It was incredible that my house went mutual after only 3 days on market!!
