To start off, I don't usually post reviews, but I am so impressed with the quality and professionalism that I received throughout my inspection.
My brother referred me to Chris at Mo Home Inspectors after hiring them to inspect a property he was purchasing. He had nothing but great things to say about this company. I was purchasing a home too and I called to schedule an inspection. Chris was very accommodating and understanding in working with my time constraints. He takes one room at a time and is so unbelievably thorough. He is extremely knowledgeable about everything that makes a home tick. From the mechanics and proper operation of all appliances to electrical and foundation codes.

Chris was recommended to us by a friend who had recently used him for a home inspection and was very pleased. He was out to our house quickly to look into our well that had some recent water discoloration and every member of our family experienced illness that we suspected was related. He administered a water test that revealed our well was contaminated and had recommendations on sanitizing the well, steps to possibly prevent the source of contamination and recommended a local well driller to further look into issues if sanitation did not resolve our issue. I will recommend Chris to anyone needing home inspection services.

Chris was very thorough and I was so glad that I had him to go over everything. After I received the report he took the time to explain to me if I had questions on three different occasions. Money wise it was a great investment to know what needed to be done. His report is easy to read and very professional.I am sure if needed I will be using him again. I was present when the inspector was going through the house. Did a very good job of looking at and touching everything in the house to make sure everything worked as it should.
