First off they are very easy to deal with. Very knowledgeable and fair. We wereThey were on time. Showed up, tore it down put it back up, and cleaned up. The workers were very friendly. The price was under our budget. I honestly can't think of one thing we weren't pleased with. We will definitely recommend them and use them again if necessary.

Beyond my expectations! Mason Russell, with MM Roofing and Restoration, did more for our family than anyone else has, ever. We have dealt with unreasonable insurance adjusters for years, telling us we didn’t need a new roof. But Mason went above and beyond, to get our insurance to cover our roof! Polite, confident (without being arrogant), reassuring, and hard working.
He truly took this job personally, and went to bat for us.
Mason is honest, and a man of his word. Something we don’t see much of these days. So we were quite impressed! We will recommend Mason, and MM Roofing & Restoration from here on out. Seriously blown away by these folks!

After having roof and gutters replaced then having a 2 inch rain in two hours I am really impressed. Roof preformed perfectly. gutters had no leaks. Outstanding quality and workmanship. Lighting fast response to concerns. Great cleanup. I found one nail. Best roofing job I have seen in years.

Maurice with MM Roofing has been great to work with on a couple roofing issues we had. Maurice was very responsive and timely and did a great job fixing a leak for us and a lifted shingle. Highly recommend him and MM Roofing.

The MM crew arrived at 7:30 am and worked until 8:00 pm to remove and install new roof in one day. The roof looks great. They left the job clean. You could not tell they were here. I highly recommend MM for any roofing job.

JR and James were very helpful in walking through the insurance claim process. Installation of the new roof was done in a timely and quality manner. The crew did an excellent job in cleaning up after the installation. JR and Chuy were very responsive in caring for a couple of minor issues after the installation. I am very pleased with the work that MM Roofing did.

I can’t say enough how awesome this company is. JR and Robert were very kind and professional. They walked me through the entire process. They kept me informed at every step. The crew that installed our roof was wonderful too. They had it completed on time and the workmanship was top notch. When they were done JR and Robert came back to make sure everything was right and make sure there wasn’t any nails left behind. I highly recommend this company.

These guys are awesome. My roof was damaged due to hail storm. JR Gregory and his dad Rob helped me file the claim w ins co. I will tell you that insurance will probably deny initial claim but you have to appeal and be persistent. JR will be with you every step of the way and will be your advocate w the claims adjuster. The job MMR roofing did was excellent. They crew got it done in a day and except for the new roof, you can’t tell anyone has been there. I have pool so I was concerned about debris, but there was no sign of any contractor waste at all. They really care to do a great job and it is refreshing to find good honest people that care for their customers and respect their property. I highly recommend them.

Mauricio Martinez inspected my roof after a hailstorm. He advised me to contact my insurance agent to also do an inspection. Mauricio accepted the insurance adjustor's estimate. His crew worked from early morning to dawn for two days in a row to tear off the old shingles and put on new ones on a complicated roof system. After the roof was installed, he had his gutter crew put in new gutters with gutter screens. This crew also took two days to make sure the tear-down and installation were done correctly.

Mauricio was quick to respond to questions that we had concerning our new roof and gutters and we are very happy with his work. He put on a roof 8 years ago on another home I own, and we haven't had any issues with that roof. Mauricio uses high-quality materials, and his crews are well-trained and pay attention to detail.

From my initial contact with Robert and J.R. with M M Roofing, I knew that I had found a company that would do as promised. They were very knowledgeable and were able to answer my questions about the roof repair/insurance claim process. They helped me file my claim on the first day, they met with me and the insurance adjustor, and continued to help me through the process during the next week. About all I had to do was pick out a roof color - which J.R. helped me with in matching a proper color with quality shingles. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! J.R. kept in touch with me as through roof repair/replacement. He kept me up to date on when the crew would arrive, what to expect, and the completion date. The crew worked quickly, were pleasant, did a great job, and even cleaned everything up after they were finished. I am very happy with the job that they did. I will be sure to recommend M M Roofing.
