Jojo came out did the inspection took pictures for us to show the damage done by the solar company that installed our panels. They were very fast quoted us a great price did quality work. I would use them from now on for any roofing issues I have. I don’t write many reviews but this company deserves their 5 star rating!

This company was so so easy to work with. I had another roofer lined up but after checking their license they had complaints. In a panic I called Excel Roofing and Restoration Corp on the recommendation of a friend. They had no complaints on their licensee, always check with the licensing board for any work done on your home. I called and really got a good feeling on the phone with them. They worked with our timeline which was short because we are selling the house and their price was the best estimate I had gotten. They came out early got it done in a day, left everything clean and put together, and did a walk around to make sure we were happy with it. Just made it the easiest process in a stressful situation. I highly recommend them!!

Brian and I can't say enough good things about Excel Roofing. DJ and Trevor led an impressive team of professionals who tore off and replaced our hail-damaged roof and gutters with care and skill. We were particularly impressed with the level of communication—not once did we have to wonder when work would commence or what was going to happen next. We were also gratified that workers up on the roof in this hot summer weather were well looked after by their supervisors. The work and clean-up was executed to an impressively high standard. After a heavy hail storm 6/14/23 Trevor Mittelstadt from Excel Roofing knocked on my door. He got up on my roof, found damage and did a temporary repair. No charge. He then proceeded to do a complete estimate to replace my roof and repairs were completed in a timely manner.

Did an excellent job and was willing to be accomodating to our needs. Trevor was a big help in coordinating with us while the project was under way.

I don't post written reviews often, but I am happy to for Excel. The roof and gutters look great; and they went out of their way for some things, including repairing some mistakes from a previous roofer so the new roof would be the best it can be (and to code). Everyone was courteous and professional, and Trevor was awesome coordinating everything and answered & helped with any questions I had every step of the way. I really appreciated Trevor coming back to the house after his initial inspection, so he could inspect and speak with the insurance adjuster. That really helped with the paperwork. I highly recommend Excel. I felt lucky that they were the company doing the job. Side note: One little thing I really appreciated was that they listened to music with their earphones instead of a blaring radio.

Trevor from Excel Roofing came by while they were fixing my neighbors roof and was basically like, yeah you need a new roof. He helped me through the whole process of filing an insurance claim and was there when the insurance adjuster came to look at the roof. It took them just a day to remove the old roof and put in the new roof. They also cleaned up all the mess so you wouldn't even have known they were there if it wasn't for the nice new roof. Highly recommend Excel roofing!

I cannot speak highly enough of the quality and professionalism that Zach and his crew at Excel Roofing provided. We contacted Excel for a quote for roof replacement and gutter/siding repair/replacement from storm damage. They promptly came and gave us a quote, which fell well within the insurance adjuster's estimate. Not once did Excel try to use pushy sales tactics (as did another local roofing company who's name I will not mention) to obtain our business, and stated that word of mouth is how they advertise. Excel's roofing, siding, and gutter crews all showed up exactly when promised, worked professionally and efficiently, and left our property nicer than they found it. The exterior of our home was neglected for probably a decade prior to us purchasing the home last year, and in a matter of a week, Excel had the exterior of our home repaired and looking beautiful and cared for again. They were easy to get in contact with, did not hesitate to come out to speak with us in person to answer any questions, and followed up multiple times after the work was completed to make sure we were completely satisfied. Excel truly went above and beyond what was expected of them, and they have certainly earned my business for any future roofing needs. Thanks again.

Trent Ross, of Excel Roofing in Bryant, came by my house to ask if he could take a look at my roof as he had done to others in the neighborhood. He was very professional and polite. He did find some wind and hail damage and we discussed repair and/or replacement of roof. Trent told me how to contact my insurance company to start a claim.
Never once had an issue with the roofing company. Trent stayed in constant contact and answered any questions I had. I felt as though I could text him anytime. Trent even met the adjustor at the house for the inspection.
Guys showed up early to start on the roof and finished everything in one day. Put down protection for the yard and trees and picked up nails and all trash all around the house. Guys that did roof were very nice and respectful.
Did have issues with the insurance company, but I believe those will get worked out. Trent has been very patient in dealing with me and the insurance company. We could not be more happy and highly recommend for all of your roofing needs.

Zack and his people went above and beyond. They worked with my insurance for a couple weeks to ensure I got a roof for minimal cost to me and gave me an update every couple days. Was always available to answer any questions I had and walked me through the process. Once my insurance finally paid out what was needed I had a new roof in three days. And the roof looks pretty good too. 10/10, highly recommend.

Excel Roofing (Trent&Cameron) came out to do my inspection.They let me know i had damage. I asked them to explain the process to me.They made it make sense.I have solar panels and didnt know what to do. They stuck with me through the whole deal every step of the way. I am so thankful that I contacted Excel roofing for my roofing needs. Trent was very professional and worked with me throughout the entire process. I thought I had a small hole that needed to be repaired, however it turned out I had damage from a hail storm and needed my entire roof replaced. Trent worked closely with my insurance agent to get the process going. I was unsure on what to do .Trent was there every step. He was very prompt about answering questions and working around my schedule to get all the paper work done. He also worked honestly to give me a great price that was within my budget to complete the job. (Yes ,I did get 2 other estimates and I did not get the trustworthy vibes from them like I did Excel Roofing) I was on vacation when the roof got repaired . The workers were very patient and communicated with me to complete the job. They needed electricity and I had to allow them to come into my home while I was gone. I was amazed at how well they cleaned everything up , locked the door, and called me ensure everything was secured before they left. I love my new roof! It makes my home look so much better and the sound of the rain a little more enjoyable. I highly recommend this company! They work in a timely, professional manner.

I dealt with George and Zach for the entire process. They came out, explained everything, and worked with the insurance adjuster with absolute professionalism. George even sat with me at my home for over 3 hours waiting on the adjuster (who was super late) and did everything to help make sure the process went smoothly. These folks did more for me the customer, than anyone could have possibly asked for. They aren't trying to nickel and dime everyone and they stand by the work they do. They came to my home before, during, and even after the job was done to ensure it was done right and that I was happy. I couldn't have been happier with the result, and the time frames they completed it all in. I'll be coming back and sending everyone I know to these folks. I even had my father's roof looked at by them after a bad hail storm in the area.

My insurance paid for the full roof replacement based on Excel’s excellent and detailed report as well as Seth being present during the inspection by my insurance company.

I cannot say enough good about this company. They were very professional and did an amazing job. It is so hard to find businesses today who take pride in their work, but Excel's team did. From the inspection, to the installation of both roof and gutters, to the cleanup work, their team did a professional job. Our project supervisor, Seth, was also amazing. He was so thorough in explaining everything from start to finish and was always checking in with us to see if we were pleased. Seth was also the only person out of four roofing companies who believed we could get insurance to pay for our roof's hail damage. While the other companies did not believe there was enough damage to file a claim, Seth did. And when the insurance adjuster came out, Seth got up on the roof with him and made sure they saw the damage that he did. Sure enough, the adjuster agreed and we filed a claim. Insurance not only paid for a new roof for us, but also new gutters as well. If it wasn't for Seth and Excel roofing, we would have been out a lot of money.
