Josh Coffee was the employee I worked with. I was going through a tough time with my brother in the hospital and he just took over for me! Educated, smart, kind, caring, PATIENT, and everything you would want with a business!

Joshua helped get the insurance process going and moved it along nicely at several points. I'd had multiple storms that damaged my roof, but they got it taken care of with ease.

Very satisfied with the work that Vision did. Roof and gutters look amazing. Vision provided great communication before, during, and after the project was completed. Highly recommend Vision to anyone needing roofing work done.

Front office was great! Long story short, it was very hard to get ahold of the people helping us and we got passed along from one to the other without letting us know when insurance rejected the claim. We sent an email about the lack of communication we received to admin of the business and Randy, the owner was going to reach out to us. 3 months later nothing. The job got done which was appreciated, but took 4 months of us just trying to get the hole in the roof patched, and we're thankful no issues happened during that wait. Understanding it was a busy time, communication would've definitely resolved our disappointment.

Randy and Vision Roofing were top notch! From the initial appointment all the way through the entire process Kevin was there for any questions or concerns. They even went as far as handling our insurance claim for us!! WOW what a team!! Thanks Vision Roofing for such an amazing job!!

Our contractor quit replying when we were having to go back and take more pictures of our roof for our insurance company. My insurance company only wanted to repair our roof instead of replace the entire thing . I guess since they aren't going to make a ton of money off of our insurance doing a repair, he decided to ghost us and leave us to start this process over with a new company.

A large team of hard working people showed up. Everyone knew their job and very professional. A one day job. A great clean up after the job was done.

From the first contact after a hail storm to the project completion, we had nothing but great service. They even were there as we made our insurance claim. The crew, who did the work, came late one afternoon and got it all done in a matter of a few hours. They did a great job and made sure everything was cleaned up when they were finished. After the hail damage 2022, Vision Roofing was the first to reply to my request for a damage inspection. Upon inspection it was determined, I needed an entire roof. They contacted my insurance agent, provided documentation and made all the necessary arrangements to replace the roof. Once the team arrived to remove and replace it, the e house was completed, with a few pieces of plywood needing replacing.. the job was done. Cleaned up without any evidence of them being here. With the exception of the new roof. The office staff was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process.

Very pleased with Vision Roofing. I live in Conway and a spring storm left wind/hail damage to my roof. My insurance covered the cost for a new roof so I found this company and decided to give them a try. The project manager, Lance, was very helpful throughout the entire process. He answered all of my questions and provided me with color samples of the architectural shingles. He kept me informed of when materials were ordered and when they would be delivered. He also followed up after the new roof was installed. The roofers were also very pleasant and efficient. And worked so hard despite the 100 degree plus temperature! They did a professional, quality job and the roof looks beautiful! They collected all the debris when they finished and left my property just as it was before. Would not have known they were there except for a nice new roof! I would definitely recommend Vision Roofing!

Vision Roofing provided Punctual scheduling, High Quality Workmanship, & Jobsite Cleanliness which ALONE were satisfactory enough to warrant my 5 Star Review.
But on top of that, Visions staff was Pleasant & Professional to work with; Making our roofing project a complete breeze.

I actually didn't choose Vision to complete my home repairs but that was only because they couldn't fix everything. I still recommend them if you only need roof and gutter repairs. Their staff was very friendly and offered a great rate. In the future if I need just roof and gutter repairs I will definitely be giving them a call.

Beautiful roof and every hidden nail was picked up with a sweeping magnet, they even swept around the house twice. They will work with you and insurance payments as well.

What a pleasant experience! From the office staff to the installers, Vision Roofing was meticulous in that they scheduled to our convenience, checked gutter pitch with levels, hung the downspouts plumb, and corrected installation errors some previous contractor had left. They went the extra mile by protecting planters, and they installed diverters over both the front and back doors “because it’s the way it should be done” … True tradesmen who were rightfully proud of their work! When they were done, they cleaned up scraps and screws…except for the new gutters we now have, it was as if they’d never been there!

Most professional! Always on time and kept me informed throughout the process. Zack Warren was so helpful. I thought it would be a nightmare but was completely wrong! Recommend to everyone.

Excellent company! Professional. The actual installers worked all day with a few breaks. Began around 6:40 am and finished around 6:00 pm - then returned following morning to complete the roof. Cleaned up everything. The quality control/inspectors came out the following day to make sure we were satisfied. Also, made sure all nails were picked up in yard. Hard working employees that made sure everything was completed. I would give them a five star rating!

The guys did a great job on our roof. The shingles look perfect and they spent a lot of time getting everything cleaned up afterwards. Two corner pieces of siding got bent; they came back and replaced those, put new underlayment in. Far above and beyond what he had to do.
We have a playhouse on the back patio and watched one of the guys adjusting the little doormat for it making sure it was perfectly straight. That was the icing on the cake for us!

My roof replace / repair was Exceptional!!! This was to repair hail damage that happened the previous year.

From beginning to end this company was just wonderful. They were putting on a new roof next door and noticed a few bad shingles on ours and offered to fix while they were here. Upon further review they discovered hail damage we were oblivious to. They managed the entire process for us from inspection, adjusters, to getting the new roof on. They were transparent from day one. What they said and when they said it would happen, did. Their follow-up and courtesy were refreshing. The removal of the old roof to the completion of the new roof took place in just 1 day! The crew that took care of this were both professional and caring.
