What a fantastic job M&M did at one of our places. We worked with Mack and his team to replace all wood / vinyl siding with hardi shakers / siding, replace all gutters and paint the exterior. Amazing work. Very high quality, thorough, and properly done. I look forward to working with them again on other projects.

During his free estimate today, he went over options to fix my soffit, fascia and gutters at a level I could easily understand and then went above and beyond by taking the extra step to clean up the debris on my roof. Such an exceptional guy!!

Asked for a bid to replace old gutters damaged in recent wind stores. Nick Loki from M&M gutters and exteriors showed up in time walked the entire home gave me great advice and a strong bid. I was happy to get the project started based on references and the outstanding bid process.

We have used M&M Gutters & Exteriors twice and I HIGHLY recommend them! We had our gutters repaired and roof shingles replaced and during both experiences all employees arrived promptly to scheduled appointments, discussed work and bid throughly. On day of repairs everyone was extremely polite, hardworking and cleaned up construction debris quickly. The gutters and roof look great and function properly, yay!! We are currently working with Nick to get a bid for stucco repair and paint for our whole house. Nick is super responsive, respectful, helpful and appreciative for the business. It’s hard to find contractors to that caliber these days.

We purchased a home in Holladay, Utah, just shy of 50 years old, and had a long list of vital renovations to modernize the exterior. Nate and the M&M Gutters team were instrumental in turning our vision into reality, and after over a year of enjoying the results, I’d be remiss if I didn’t leave a review.

We had been working with an online design firm to plan the new look, but M&M Gutters made it happen with high-quality craftsmanship and smart solutions when challenges arose:

✅ New Roof – M&M helped us navigate a shingle shortage, negotiated additional waterproofing at no extra cost, and ensured we had a clean ridge vent system instead of turtle vents.

✅ Copper Gutters – Our big splurge item, and worth every penny! These have been the most complimented feature on our home.

✅ Exterior Painting & Wood Repairs – Their team went the extra mile to sand and restore old wood that competitors insisted had to be replaced, saving our budget while keeping the home’s charm intact.

✅ Stucco Removal & Thermory Installation – They helped replace outdated stucco with high-quality Thermory siding for a modern yet timeless look.

✅ Window Replacements & Brickwork – Helped us remove old bay windows, install more modern replacements, and even add two new windows by modifying the brickwork seamlessly.

✅ Custom Shutter Installation – I originally attempted this myself but needed expert help. Nate’s team figured out the tricky dimensions and got the working shutters installed beautifully.

I would, without hesitation, work with Nate and M&M Gutters again. Their pricing was reasonable—not the cheapest, but honest and fair. Anyone who has remodeled or built a home knows there will be challenges, and we had our fair share, but Nate and his team always worked with us to find solutions.

We're very happy with our work from M&M! From the first bid, Joe Fernandez was very communicative and responsive. He was also the only bidder who actually got up on our roof to asses the gutter situation (everyone else just looked from the ground). He explained what work we needed done and gave us a very fair price (it was almost half the bids from some other companies). After the work was done, we realized we thought they'd be installing leaf guards on the entire front of our house but they were only on half. I asked Joe about it and we realized there had been a miscommunication. Even still, he came back out and installed the leaf guards on the rest of the front himself a few days later for no extra cost!

M&M gutters installed heat cable on my mountain cabin in Alta which finally solved my leaking roof issues. I had an electrical issue midseason, and the only way to address the issue was to get somebody up in a snowmobile in the short window from 12 PM to 2 PM. Michael met me in Alta and I snowmobiled him up. He worked very hard in extremely frigid conditions and fixed the issue within an hour. Not to mention, he came up on a national holiday. I am extremely pleased with the dedication and commitment of M&M gutters, and particularly Michael.

I had a complicated problem. Anthony and Nick were great at understanding the problem. And CHAVO was excellent! He and I worked out solutions on the spot. The crew was efficient and precise.

After getting a strong recommendation for M&M Gutters from my neighbor I had them tackle entryway corner gutter leaks. I met with Nick Lioi and had a timely estimate and then gutter repair. Unfortunately a small leak persisted. I let Nick know and he came back to our place the same day to inspect the job. He took it as a personal challenge to find and fix the leak. I will recommend Nick and M&M Gutters to my friends and neighbors.

The process from start to finish was fantastic. Mack did an amazing job getting me exactly what I was looking for. The price was awesome for the product we received. The installation crew was quick and did a beautiful job, going as far as to rehang all the Christmas lights they had to take down to install. James (M&M) was a referral from our roofing company and have been exceptional in providing bids for new gutters and came out on Thanksgiving morning to take a look at a clogged downspout. Highly recommend this company that also specializes in stucco, soffit, roofs, etc.

In 2017 I had M&M do some rain gutters and down spouts on my business' front side. They came recommended from a friend who hired them, and I was also very pleased with their entire process. I would have recommended them.

I recently called and asked them to come out to give me an estimate for the backside. I have some drain and leaking issues from an older building with an addition added (prior to my ownership) that I feel a rain gutter could assist with diminishing.

Joe Fernandez was the estimator. He didn't have a ladder tall enough to get on my roof, so I put up my extension ladder. Within about 5 minutes he was back in my business. He walked up to me and said "you don't need a rain gutter, you need a whole new roof." We had some discussion from there, and I tried to convey to him what I was trying to achieve. All he wanted to tell me what doom and gloom. I have been up there. I have had many people up there. I am not going to write this roof is perfect. I know it is not. I know that 98% of it is perfectly fine. This really came across as a strong arm push for an upsell. Maybe a rain gutter won't fix my issue. I can have that conversation. But to come at me with a push that I need an entirely new roof is offensive and absurd. There are many alternatives and many ways to address the problem. This is by no means a need for complete replacement.

Joe came across very unwilling to discuss alternatives, or explore other methods. I am unsure, but it seems that once he saw a business with some roofing imperfections that he saw an opportunity try to make the big dollar. When that was rejected he didn't see this as a job to pursue.

He did, begrudgingly, say he would go back and discuss with some other people and see if a smaller rain gutter could be put on. I haven't heard anything 7 days later.

I don't expect every estimator to want to do every job. Be a professional and explain that to me. If you see more at the table that what I contacted you about, have that professional conversation with me as well. Be willing to partner with me for a solution that works. Telling me I have to remove and start over, spend tens of thousands versus a couple of thousand, is wrong. As a business owner, I would never talk to potential customers this way. There is a decency component he clearly lacks, or doesn't care about.

Before this encounter, I have recommended M&M. I will not do so moving forward.

Within about 2 hours of making this post I received a call from James with M&M. We discussed all the details in my review. He was apologetic for my experience and offered to come out and re-look over the gutter request. He arrived about 2pm with another gentleman to see the building, roof and request and see if there was an alternate solution.

Without boring anyone who reads this with meticulous details, there was a solution that was reached for them to add a rain gutter. This gutter will not solve the entirety of the issue we are dealing with. I am clear and understanding. But, they are very willing to do a gutter and are working to have it completed in a very short period of time, at a very fair price. I am appreciative of their diligence to address my frustrations and work for a path forward.

On my end, I need to also add that when I referenced that Joe didn't email me to follow up after his onsite visit, I was wrong. I did have an email from him. That was my error, and an incorrect statement in my original review. I apologize for that incorrect information.

After working with James, I am confident that M&M cares about their customers and the work they do. They have gone above and beyond to earn my business back for this project. Thank you.

M&M did a fantastic job on our roof and gutters! It was a big project since there were shake shingles and 2 layers of asphalt shingles to remove down to the original 1x6 decking on a steep-roofed English Tudor house.

It was incredible how clean and tidy they were through the whole demo. They put tarps and plywood down to facilitate confining the debris removed from the roof. They had to hand carry the debris to the dumpster on the street since our driveway was too narrow to bring even a small sized trailer/dumpster up next to the house.

The roofers worked very hard and continuously from 7:30 am to 7:30 pm. We really love our new roof and gutters and highly recommend M&M!

The guys came out promptly and did a very thorough job cleaning and repairing our neglected gutters. Even my driveway was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. Pricing seemed fair too.

We had a repair on a gutter done several weeks ago during a dry spell. Once it started raining I noticed there was still a leak behind the gutter. I contacted M&M and they sent someone right out to correct it. I really respect a company who will stand behind their work and do it promptly. Highly recommend them.

I had mistakenly thought a new problem with my gutters was due to poor workmanship. They sent a team out to check their work and I can see that their work was solid. If you have a problem with anything after they do work for you just give them a call. I feel bad that I originally gave them a negative review.

I think they do a lot more than gutter cleaning exterior siding and stuff so 5 stars just won't cover how well my job went I will definitely use them again!
