MJV Construction came highly recommended by the architect that designed our custom bathroom. From start to finish, MJV Construction was easy to work with, a pleasure to have in our home and they did an excellent job on our new bathroom. Our home was built in 1910 and the new bathroom looks like it was part of the original design and construction. We will use them on our next project!

We had a great experience working with Luis and his team at MJV.
We renovated our small upstairs bathroom and they did a great job with our tilework and the new drywall especially. Luis even went out of his way to take me to one of his suppliers for some special order items I wasn't comfortable selecting on my own. Highly recommend.

Another thing that made working with Luis a pleasure was his communication. Unlike my past experiences with contractors, Luis always picked up the phone when I called. Even if he was in the middle of something, he’d call back promptly. That level of responsiveness made the entire process so much less stressful.

His team was also excellent—every single worker was courteous, professional, and respectful of our space. And the final result? Honestly, it exceeded my expectations. The bathroom looks stunning—modern, clean, and exactly what I was hoping for.

Luis and Darwin went above and beyond to help us with our home renovation. We weren’t able to move forward with our project due to unforeseen issues, but that didn’t stop them from going to extra mile and helping us along every step of the way. They met with our architect to make the plans work within our budget and researched ways to remediate waterproofing issues in our basement. We will 100% use them for any work we need in the future.

I hired MJV Construction to renovate our master bathroom. After Luis and his team demoed our old bathroom, we found some mold, which ended up delaying our project, and we were forced to demo multiple walls in multiple different rooms. Even though this delayed our project significantly, and increased the scope of work, Luis was flexible, and he and his team were able to start work as soon as we had remediated the mold. I also asked Luis and his team to try to be extra careful about containing dust during the construction because my wife is sensitive to it, and these guys went above and beyond to keep the dust contained, and they left our house immaculate every day after they left. What I loved most about working with Luis is the quality of work - our bathroom looks absolutely beautiful now, and functions perfectly. We're so proud of it, and so happy that we hired Luis and his team to do it. I also had Luis renovate our master closet as part of this project too, and my wife couldn't be happier - it's absolutely gorgeous! Luis is also extremely communicative, available for questions, and he is proactive about asking you the right questions before he does the work, so that you get the result and end product, exactly the way you want it. Our renovation was due to an insurance incident, so things moved along a bit slowly, and Luise was willing to support us even before he knew what the magnitude and scope of the project was - I should mention no other contactor we spoke to was willing to do this. Luise even helped us select materials before we officially under contract with him. Luise also adapted very well to changing circumstances and was flexible so we could finish the renovation on time and with very minor adds to the contract. In terms of pricing, Luise was very reasonable - so much so, that my Insurance Adjustor was shocked at how fair his pricing was.
