I used this company twice and both times were disastrous. The first house was a flat roof, they neglected to tell the roofer that was a flat roof and the nails still showing in the ceiling. I had to suggest to them to come and paint the nails brown, not to show. I gave them a second chance on a different house, they suggested to replace the roof to get rid of the leak, few months passed and the leak came back stronger, called them, they came and spent 8 hours testing to find the source of the leak and the conclusion was that it was coming from a different area, not from the roof. I asked them several times to explain why they have not done the testing before the replaced a perfectly good roof and caused me to waste $2,200 down the drain. My only complaint was cleanup from his crew; they left roofing debris on both my reddish flagstone stoops leaving them dirty and hard to remove black residue. I had a great experience with Mission Roofing replacing my roof after wind and hail damage took it out. They communicated clearly and arrived right on time Saturday morning. They put protections over our plants and AC unit to make sure nothing was damaged when removing the old shingles. They provided drone photos of the roof during and after completion and a great GAF Manufacturer's warranty. They used a magnetic tool to make sure that every nail and shingle was cleaned up and disposed of. Great service!
