This mold inspection consisted of sending someone out with a moisture meter and a thermal imager. He only looked at the places I specifically pointed out. Shower and bathroom, the crawl space, and the attic. Didn't look in the other 16 rooms in the house. Didn't come up with anything treatable. $400 for 45 minutes worth of work. Might have been OK with $100-150 for the trip/partial inspection. Computer system sends a text message and an email at least once every day with the invoice. Will have to look elsewhere.

While demoing a house we came across a good amount of mold, which lead to me getting sick. Submitted a request on Minus Mold's website and Will called me that day and scheduled a site visit for the following day. Will was able to explain to me what he was seeing and what needed to be done. We were really happy with the speed with which we were able to get our inspection and great communication with the company. They stayed in contact and were very willing to work with us.
