What a great group to do the difficult job. They installed a beam to allow expanding my Daughter’s house and executed the job in a cost effective and professional job, some of the best work I have seen. The entire process was seamless and needed to be completed before my daughter gave birth to her son. They kept the job site clean as we were still living in the house. I just cannot recommend them high enough.

Mint Construction's Caleb and Wayne did an outstanding job re-framing the roof windows yesterday (10-2-24) . They did a beautiful job, finishing up around noon. They were so considerate, thoughtful and precise, and went the extra mile to clean up thoroughly when they were done. Caleb even returned that afternoon to cover the windows (yea, Caleb!) when he couldn’t get the roofing crew to respond and was concerned about the windows not being covered with a rain storm approaching. But the roofing crew finally came about the same time. Not sure what happened, but one window opening was completely uncovered when the storm hit. I ran upstairs and there was a deluge of water coming through the window opening onto the attic sub-floor. Luckily Caleb and Wayne had left the tarps on the floor under the windows, which contained most of the water. I hurried to get plastic tubs and a mop before the water could do any real damage. The roofing guys scrambled to get the window covered, which they did quickly. It was a close call or we would have been replacing ceilings! But, all is well, the water is cleaned up and the roof windows are working properly. The framing/carpentry was exceptional. What a difference from the previous framing (see photos below)! I’m hoping these guys will return to do some framing for my attic renovation. They are first class. Below are some photos of the before and after roof window framing. Mint Construction did a beautiful job taking out my old pre-fab tub/shower combo and replacing it with a walk in shower. I got to select the tiles I wanted as well as the design. Everything is exactly like I wanted it and it was completed well before the deadline. Special thanks to Matt who went above and beyond making sure things were perfect.

Mint Construction did a fabulous job renovating our master bath. They were professional, courteous, responsive, and did an excellent job of communicating along the way. We would definitely use them again, and would highly recommend them to others!

We loved working with Mint - our office building is ~100 years old and needed a team with the understanding of how these old buildings work to do the job right. The windows are rarely the 'right' size, walls aren't always plumb, and it's a mystery what you'll find after the windows are removed. Mint's team nailed it. Pun intended. They got the window sizes right, installed them perfectly, and then trimmed them out the right way to match the existing interior finishes. Would definitely recommend to anyone else needing this level of attention to detail.

We used Mint Construction to complete our basement and to remodel our primary bathroom. They were outstanding to work with and the quality of work was exceptional. Our project manager Matt B. was easy to communicate with and he always kept us up to date on the work schedule and what to expect with each phase. If you want a company that communicates, does amazing work and has kind and professional workers then Mint Construction is 100% the way to go. Definitely a 5 star experience and company!! We will definitely being calling them for any future projects.

I had Mint refinish my hard wood floors in an older home I just bought. The original stain that we agreed upon did not look good at all, I could see streaking throughout all the flooring and it looked like it was painted on. Although this was extremely disappointing for both parties, Matt worked with me and worked very hard to make everything right. They re-sanded and stained my floor with a different stain within the same week. It now looks beautiful (different than I had originally hoped, but beautiful). Mistakes happen, but this team did a wonderful job in making up for one. I do believe overall cleanliness & communication could improve, but I respect the professionalism it took to redo a job the right way.

I wanna say thank you to Matt owner and Matt manager. Great job for completely remodeling my house inside . They were very responsive , professional and most off all very patient with me because i had so many additional requests after 1st original contract . Will recommend Mint Construction Company to anyone who got high expectation ! Thanks again !!!

Working with the Mint team was a tremendous experience. We couldn’t be more pleased with our bathroom/closet gut and remodel. Scheduling was an easy process and communicated thoroughly throughout until project completion. Excellent craftsmanship and we would recommend Mint.

We had Mint do a bathroom remodel for us a little while ago. When it came time to finish off our basement, there was no one else we thought to use. The owner quickly came out and assessed our basement and gave us a quick estimate of what it would cost to do the job. We received the contract and they quickly got to work. Their workers were considerate of our “working from home” lifestyle and worked efficiently and effectively. We love our new basement and look forward to many years of fun. Matt Brydge did an amazing job as project manager keeping us informed throughout. The communication is one of Mint’s greatest strengths. I cannot recommend them enough for any project you have for your house.

I decided to remodel both the original bathroom and kitchen in my 1960s home during 2020. I worked with several different companies to discuss options and obtain estimates for the work. I ended up deciding to work with Mint Construction because they offered a comprehensive solution from design to helping me to select options within my budget constraints, responsiveness to my questions and thoughtful consideration in helping me to design a space that really worked for my lifestyle. I ended up with a space I absolutely adore all while staying within my budget. I highly recommend Mint Construction.

Mjnt construction did an awesome job on my kitchen remodeling. They were prompt, did what they said they would do and even more. I have already recommended them to a friend. They have a great communication system to keep you informed weekly on what they plan to do. The whole team was wonderful. I will use them again in the future.

We just completed a master bathroom renovation and adding an office to the house. Neither the renovation or the conversion of space to an office was straight forward and they did a terrific job of coming up with an affordable design that accomplished all that we wanted. Mint did a high quality job, on time, on budget with constant communication so we knew day by day exactly what was going to be done and by whom. Their project management was superior and the quality of their work was excellent. The project couldn't have gone better. We can highly recommend them.

We'd never really had a contractor work on our homes before. But when we moved into a home built in 1890 and needed our floors refinished again after they'd been damaged by insects, we knew we probably couldn't tackle this one properly. Mint had their team come up and the hardwood floors are now BEAUTIFUL. They took the time to sand, to even out, stain, gloss, etc. So smooth! They look even better than when we started. They also fixed one of our door frames for us and matched the old trim in the rooms. The workers were so polite, clean, and just very nice people. So pleased with the outcome. Beyond pleased, really. :)

Mint did a great job for us. The work is excellent and their workers were on time, courteous, and considerate of our home. It's an older home and the brighter updated bathroom is a wonderful change. We would definitely hire them again.

We had Mint come in and take a half and turn it into a whole bath. We had an idea that we wanted to do but we’re afraid of the cost. Matt quickly showed us a more cost effective option that we had not thought of. We told him we wanted to make the bathroom handicap accessible and he created a solid plan to achieve that goal. Katie was open to all our ideas and made sure we got what we wanted design wise. All the workers were considerate of our house and needs, and everyone solved every problem quickly and efficiently. We could not be happier with our final product and can not recommend this company enough.

We are very happy with the kitchen remodel that Mint Construction did for us. This was our first major renovation and so we very much appreciated Matt’s openness and insight about the process from the start. Matt and Kate worked closely with us to come up with a design that captured our aesthetic and met all our practical needs. We love the selections and layout that we ended up with. We had a complex project involving removal of half the roof of our house, substantial expansion of the master bedroom suite, and the addition of two offices above the garage (including built-in bookshelves). Matt did a tremendous and outstanding job at every stage. From day one he communicated clearly what was involved to complete the project to our expectations, and he worked diligently and hard to stay within our budget while also sourcing the required work to the highest standard of quality. His attention to detail and the quality of his workmanship are second-to-none, and I would say the same about his sub-contractors. Matt did a great job on our basement bathroom remodel. He helped us through the entire process and the end product was exactly what we wanted. My wife was impressed by Matt and Katie's ability to see her vision through and made the process very easy. Mint does a great job with sticking to a schedule and courteous with their time.

Matt installed a wooden picket fence at our house. He started and completed the project right on time, and it looks WONDERFUL. The quality of work is much better than similar fences we've seen. We would definitely recommend him!
