I had my roof replaced and they did a great job and I had an area of the roof that had to be redone differently and they came back immediately to fix the area. Any time I have a question or problem they respond immediately. I would highly recommend them for a roof replacement and gutter guards. Great company to deal with. On a side note this was the only company out of 10 that actually went on my roof to see what needed to be done! Everyone else used drone footage or stood on my hill to look at the roof.

We have hired Tom's crews several times since 2016. Roof replacement(new sheathing and shingles, etc.), lowering a brick window sill, exterior painting, repair of the back porch(replaced a rotted post, constructed a new roof, new gutter and downspout) and would hire them again. The guys are pleasant to work with and do a nice job. My husband and I are experienced do-it-yourselfers, so are pretty picky, but we know our limits in regards to time and equipment, so we are glad we found Minnick Home Solutions.

These guys are true professionals. They did with my gutters, scraped and painted my soffit and fascia. They took extra time to do the job right and communicated with me throughout the whole process. No pressure during the quote either. Would definitely recommend them and will certainly use them in the future.

Minnick installed gutter guards on our home. They were very professional and properly priced. A few months after the installation we noticed a little bowing. We called and they immediately came out and fixed it. We are very happy with their work and their ethics.
