Mimms Roofing and Water Restoration

As stated with another customer, Mimms has very little customer service skills and if you ask or inquire about costs etc he really doesn't give you any type of clear answer. I wish I had our phone call recorded because it was the worst experience I have ever witnessed by someone that wants business. I stated I am calling around to get estimates on a roof fix and he said, "if I come out there would you be able to pay me" I said I don't know what the cost will be and then he said what if it's $200 and I said I do not promise I'll hire you I am looking for estimates I made this clear. Low and behold we tell him address and wait for his Guy to get there and he never shows. I cannot believe anyone uses him, he was a smart a** on the phone and I don't think I'll use them if they were the only roofing company available to do work.

Mr. Mimms gave me the best price out of 4 different companies. Great quality work and finished the job very quickly. Enjoyed speaking with him, an all around joy to work with.

I noticed I had some minor roof damage so I called this company for an estimate. I explained to the gentleman that answered the phone that I am asking for estimates from multiple companies so I could see who had the best price. He told me if I was looking for the best price then he was just going to pass.

Mr. Mimms did a wonderful job replacing my roof and repairing some interior damage caused from water damage. He was easy to work with, worked well with my insurance company, and did a great job. It is often hard to find someone that is going to be there when he says he is going to be, fair priced, and does what they say they are going to do but Mr. Mimms is all of these. I would feel very comfortable referring any of my friends or family to Mr. Mimms Roofing and Water Restoration.

Mark Mimms is a great contractor in the Clarksville Area. If you are looking for someone you can trust to leave alone with your wife and children or without supervision he is the one to call. He is in the process of doing work for me. He not only checked the problem area (my sink drain broke) he checked under the house and even in the surrounding rooms to make sure the water didn't seep into other areas. He will make sure the job is done right the first time.
